Jordan came to my house to check my A/C, he found the source of the problem where 3 others had failed to find it. He took the time to do a thorough inspection and he was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the explanations along the way. I am so thankful that I got a second opinion before paying thousands of dollars to another company. Thank you so much. Because of you I am referring everyone I know to ICON Air! We recently had Icon Air replace our A/C unit. The service technician, John was extremely pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. Once the job was complete, their office lead, Amanda promptly processed our payment & sent us our receipt. We would highly recommend Icon Air to family & friends that need any kind of heating/air work. These days (Post Pandemic), we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with several mediocre businesses with poorly trained employees; it was very refreshing to deal with such a well trained & courteous staff. We would 100% use them in the future.

Called to have our air conditioner checked to see what was wrong with it. Our appointment was at 2:00 and Jordan M came 30 min early. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Explained in detail what we can do to keep our system in tip top shape. Service was great!! He took his time and inspected all vents inside and outside the house. We will definitely be requesting him again when winter comes.
Keyon was amazing! Noticed an odd sound from the HVAC unit and called the after hours line. He was out in 20 minutes and had us back up and running right away. So thankful!
Submitted request for repair, Received a call from dispatch tech would be on site in less than 1 hour, Tech arrived diagnosed problem left got part need returned in half hour issued fixed tech was Jordan M. Outstanding service Thank you Icon Air

Wow these guys are on it! Keyon is a great tech, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! My first experience with Icon and from what I've experienced I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs!

Purchased a house where Icon Air installed the HVAC system. A year later decided to do a regular AC maintenance: - AC drainage pipe runs through the whole house with at list three 90 corners and there's no access to the pipe to clean the clog. - No "trap" was installed to prevent clogging and easy maintenance - No access to the drainage pipe Very-very poor quality. They should use their name as I CON Air
Purchased a home where Icon Air did the inspection on the AC unit, which said the unit was operational. The weather started getting warmer so we kicked on the AC unit and as luck would have it, it was hardly working. I mean running for 13 hours a day and barely keeping the temperature at 80 degrees. I called Icon and explained the situation and they came out that same week at did a complete run down of my AC unit making sure everything was clean and operational. Plus the did not charge me a dime. Repair man was super helpful giving us the run down of what happened and a few pointers along the way. Very happy with my experience with Icon!

They seem full of themselves and not only undersize units on new homes but are sloppy with their work.
Inattentive drivers!!!! They turned in front of us where they didn’t have the right of way and almost wrecked into my van with my kids. If I had not been paying attention to slam on my breaks, I have no doubt there would’ve been an accident with injuries. When I confronted the driver he said he was sorry and wasn’t paying attention. If they’re so inattentive that they can’t drive, I’d hate to see the damage they cause working on an a/c system while being inattentive. That’s reason enough for me to NEVER use this company
I had the best experience with ICON. They were the only company out of about 10 I called that would give me price estimates, they were so kind, I told them about my worries for an expensive fix and they were so willing to work with me. The repair of course ended up being more extensive than I expected and they worked with me to make sure it was affordable and fully fixed. After being burned by both my home inspector and another HVAC company I have been so happy with ICON, especially Shauna and Brian. Thank you thank you thank you for your kindness and help during a stressful time! I am forever grateful!
Pat was our servicemen that showed up .he was very considerate and listened well he solved our problems quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy before he left the house.
I had a problem with my HVAC heat / cool control and some how had a low temp stuck on hold. It was very cold so I called the company I bought the new house from and said, "Help, it's cold." They gave me the name and number of ICON Air. I called the number and not 10 minutes passed when a HVAC man named Brian was at my door. He was so helpful and professional. I called the number back after Brian left to let the company know how thankful I was. This is what I call 5 star service. I will be using ICON Air from now on.
