Company did not show up. They said they called - but my phone was silenced. That was my fault I suppose. They said they showed up. They didn't. Home all morning - no tv or anything on! They said they might have had the wrong address. Said they could come later today... This will not fit my schedule.. Not impressed.

Saved me $5,000 by re-positioning the gas heater in my garage to provide adequate coverage after parking a motorhome in front of heater. I was getting estimates for a second heater to be installed in the area that was being blocked. A simple "spin" of the heater a few degrees was all it needed. Thank You BoiseValleyHeatingandAir Kevin

These guys did a great job. Jared took extra time to make sure the job got completed with attention to detail. Their prices beat all the other estimates I received. Glad I hired them and I’ll definitely do it again.
Dennis was amazing. I blew my transformer swapping thermostats. I needed it fixed ASAP. Dennis couldn’t get someone out to me so he instead had me send pictures and talked me through the repair myself. Sold me the replacement part and gave all the instructions to fix it. He was a life saver. Will never go anywhere else
Dennis provided superior customer service from start to finish. Dennis and his team installed a new A/C unit and furnace due to the failure of my existing A/C unit during the height of a heat advisory warning. Dennis was very knowledgeable and made multiple trips back to my house to make some adjustments and service my water heater in the days following the install. Me and my pups are very thankful for their ability to install a new unit quickly!
They were able to come out the same day we had an issue. They were able to help us out and get a new unit quickly. Great customer service, very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Just wanted to share that Boise Valley Heating and Air did an excellent job installing a complete new HVAC system in our home. Dennis was excellent in helping us decide which system was the best for our home and when we met to sign papers on Thursday he had everything ready and organized. Installation was completely installed and ready to go on the following Monday. We would definitely recommend Dennis and his crew to anyone needing their services. They are fast and do a great job. Dennis and Jared are both very responsive. I needed HVAC service late on a very hot Friday; it didn’t matter. Jared came right out and took care of the problem quickly. My heater went out over the cold weekend and I needed service first thing on Monday morning, and Dennis made it happen! When they didn’t have the part in-stock, they found a way to get the part and get my heater fixed before the end of the day. Dennis and Jared have always taken care of me AND my clients. Boise Valley Heating and Air kicks major butt. They went above and beyond to install HVAC in our unfinished basement project. They came out several times to make sure it was how we needed/wanted it. They cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with! Would highly recommend!

Heat had been off for a couple days, happened to fall on New Years Day plus weekend. Dennis came out, tracked it down to a bad motherboard, was able to fix it in under an hour. My family is warmer and grateful
As our temperatures out side were dropping last night so was the temperature in my house. I called at 5:10 pm and Jared came right over and found that a motor was out in my furnace. He did a temporary repair to get my furnace up and running and finished it today with a new motor. He was timely, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Jared was prompt and professional. Our furnace was not working when we woke up and by lunch the house was warm and comfortable again. We were able to pay with a card so everything was taken care of all at the time of the visit.
We were very happy with the quick bid that they provided for the air conditioner back in June (i.e. they didn't come into the house and waste a bunch of our time), as well as the air conditioner itself which worked great through the summer. Then they fixed our humidifier this winter, and since it took longer than expected to get the part, they did so for free, changing the water line and filter, as well.
