Mitch was very knowledgeable and professional. He again diagnosed the problem quickly with the A/C unit, but, instead of moving forward with what I had given the ok for, they replaced the entire unit and it took so long to fix it that we didn't need it until the following summer, then we found out they installed it incorrectly and it leaked water all over in the duct work and ruined the ducting which separated from the A/C unit. So for months we had cold air blowing into the crawl space of our house. It took them weeks to come look at the problem and months to come fix it. I had to contact them multiple times to remind them that they needed to fix the duct work. Their communication is terrible and the workers don't communicate with the office staff or visa versa. Find another company unless you want months of headaches and stress, not to mention high energy bill. Oh, yeah, and the amount of time waiting for them to show up or to have them call and reschedule multiple times at the last minute.
Mitch, Marco and all the other techs were great, very professional, great communication, did a fantastic job with our new Heating unit and duct work, I would highly recommend A & B Heating and Cooling for your AC and Heating services.

Asked him to give me a bid for new construction build HVAC and he said he would, so we waited about a month for that bid to turn into the bank and I called him and he said He didn't have time to do my job. Thanks for making me wait for nothing. I would have rather heard that right off the bat

Great company fixed fireplace and checked furnace
Due to the hussle and bussle, of the AC install over the summer, the gas line was forgotten to be turned on, once the New AC System was up and running! Once on-site, within a couple minutes of reviewing the issue, the mechanic realized the issue, reset the breaker and heat was flowing, through the vents!
