The YMC Technician that visited my house had an apprentice with him. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and I was very happy with their work. I support registered apprenticeship and any company that invests the time and money to train our youth to work in the trades. Good job YMC!
YMC Inc. is always there when I need them. We use them for all our water and HVAC needs because I can trust their quality products and service. Over the years we’ve had them out to completely replace our furnace, A/C, all our toilets, and most recently, our water heater. They’ve also installed a new water softener, relocated our master shower for a remodel, installed a new dishwasher, and fixed our main water line when it burst 6 years ago. From big to small, I call them for everything and they deliver their promise every time.

The friendly technician called ahead to be certain it was a good time for him to arrive. He worked clean and completed a thorough cleaning and preventive maintenance on my AC. I’ve been using YMC for the past 5 years and am pleased with their service.

I used YMC to convert my propane to natural gas and install a tankless water heater. They were prompt and professional and I would definitely recommend using them.
I called YMC on a Saturday night around 9pm. It was 80 degrees in my home and climbing. Joel showed up within an hour and had our AC working within 30 minutes. My AC is over 30 years old and he didn't try selling me a new one, he just fixed what was wrong. I really appreciate that. No high pressure sales pitch, just a pleasant experience all around. Joel was very polite and, knowledgeable and even refused to take a tip from me. The fee for an after hours call in the middle of a heat wave was extremely reasonable. I will never use another company again. Thanks YMC

Kurtis called ahead when I was next to work on. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace. He had it fixed in short order for a fair price.
Had some issues, but it was corrected and Eddie and Marty took care of us.
Our shared family cabin in Cascade had no condensation pump installed in the Air Handling Unit, we stayed there last weekend and discovered nobody else had checked the unit. There was 8” of standing water in our system. Called Jodee in Meridian and she sent out Zach. Zach pulled out 30 gallons from our duct work and installed a pump and plumbed it into an existing drain. He was so kind and courteous. He explained everything easily and even included our 5 year old in the process.

At 09.00h I called the service department and the tech showed up just 90 minutes later. He replaced a capacitor and cleaned the coil fins and was gone within an hour, having brought our AC back online.
A year later and still excellent service. Excellent service. Should have used these guys long ago. Steve Hixon showed up early and they had my address wrong. He got right on the job, explained my system to me and replaced a contactor.. He also took a look at my shop and the duct work I want done. He made a list of what is needed and I am looking forward to the bid to get done what I want. Again my hats off to Steve and his service. Looking forward to the maintenance part of your service. I asked if they did that and he got me signed up. I highly recommend YMC for your ac/heatpump service.
Very disappointed in this company, I had an appointment with them yesterday, waiting all day at my house for them to show up. They never showed. I even called 30 min before they were going to close to see if I was still suppose to be seen that day, they said yes and still never came out.
I have not used this company as a business but just here to report how awful one of their drivers is. This morning one of their guys in a company vehicle was heading from nampa area to boise area on the freeway. Made multiple lane changes without a blinker while 90% of the way having his face buried in his phone. He almost hit a motorcycle by doing so and almost caused quite a few accidents along the way. It looked like he had a kid in the car but I wasn't too sure, my wife saw that but I didn't as I was driving. Hopefully this individual is more careful out there, just put the phone down and pay attention. You could have caused a serious wreck and almost killed that motorcyclist.
I had a jetted tub that leaked from the knobs and a shower that required super human strength to shut off. YMC came out and I watched as he did hand to hand combat with both of these leaky offenders. It took a bit of time, due to old parts that didn't want to play nicely, but he was victorious. Not only that, he didn't mind that I watched and he answered all my questions as he did battle. Like the other times I have used YMC, they know what they are doing, fix it quickly, and charge reasonable fees. Highly recommend.
Great service and very professional. I have been with YMC over 5 years and have been very happy. Mike Gross is the best technician! He even brought my trash can into my garage.
I'm a little bias but everyone here is super friendly and such a great team of people.
