Amazing company!! My AC went out on the hottest weekend in Boise and they came to my rescue. Dan Barron was phenomenal! He got here(earlier than scheduled-which was a huge plus!) and within 5 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He went to his truck and fixed it within a half hour. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs help!
We called Charlie on Friday and he was here by 5 PM to check out what needed done and give us a quote on a new A/C. Polar was more affordable than the other place that had given my husband a quote so we went with them. They were back on Monday morning. On time and very professional. Charlie knew what he was talking about and gave us some pointers on how to keep our unit functioning.

Came right away when called. Made a clean replacement, cleaned up after themselves. Courteous, knew what they are doing and explained what they did after installation. This is the second home of ours that they did an install for us.
TRULY a 5 Star company! Polar Heating and Air received a call from me on a Sunday at 9 pm and I was told that they would try to fit me in the next day if possible. They did and fixed my unit and saved my week! Charlie and Wyatt were professionals and fixed my HVAC quickly-So grateful for them! There smiles and assurances that it would be fixed made my day!

Polar Heating replaced our 20 year old heating and AC system about a year and a half ago. We were very happy with the price and installation. Since then we've had the annual Fall heating and Spring AC checkup/tune ups. Today, Charlie, did our Spring AC checkup. He was right on time as scheduled, checked the compressor unit and then did an output check on one of our floor vents. Polar has great people to work with, they are price efficient and deliver as promised! Oh yes - our electrical and gas bills have gone down too!

Our A/C and Furnace were 40 years old and would break down whenever it would be over 100 degrees for the last 4 years. It's not a good feeling knowing when it is super hot we will not have any air-conditioning. Dan and the crew installed the furnace, A/C, return air vent, water heater, and electronic air filter in less than one day. They were amazing, communicated well, and did an awesome job!! I would hire them back in a heartbeat and I tell all my friends and family about their great work and fantastic equipment. I am living in a clean filtrated house with amazingly cold air!! Thank you again!!
Charlie was extremely helpful and informative! We had a recurring issue with our condensate line and within an hour he had not only diagnosed and mitigated the issue, he also installed a pump to improve the overall soundness of our system. We now have peace of mind and our AC is working like new! We highly recommend Polar for all of your HVAC needs!
Polar Heating and Air is the only company I will ever use for my heating and cooling needs. We have used them for repairs, replacement and maintenance over the last 4.5 years and will continue to use them for everything going forward. Always professional and honest, they’ve never tried to sell me something that I didn’t actually need and always ensured I understood what was going on.
I needed to replace my Heating and air in my house. For budgeting reasons I had to do it at two different times, I knew this was an issue and had one company tell me that it couldn't be done/they wouldn't do it. I asked neighbors and friends for any recommendations and had 3 companies come out to give me estimates from those recommendations. (Polar by far had the highest number of recommendations). Two of the companies both said they would do it and prepared estimates, making sure to point out that I was wrong to NOT do the entire thing at once. I know that it was but that was what I HAD to do. Polar came out, were professional, timely and very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done and why I had to do it it two separate times/appointments. Dan never once made me feel pressured to do it all at once, or that it was a huge hassle to them. He was friendly, quickly gave me options and prices and kindly explained that it would more than likely be an extra $500 - 600 because they had to remove my furnace to fit the new unit in and then replace it. I understood and was fine with it. I made an appointment for the next month to get the AC replaced. The team showed up exactly on time and were ready to work. It took them only a few hours to replace the entire thing and they didn't have to charge me the extra!! I was so happy with their service and overall professionalism. I will definitely be using them to replace the Heating as well in the fall!! I recommend them to everyone!
Hope and Charlie... thank you for taking such great care of us. We had an AC issue, and Charlie fixed the problem. 30 mins later after Charlie left, an unrelated problem appeared, and, thanks to Hope, he came right back and fixed it with no extra charge. They didn't have to do that, and could have made it a separate service call. But because they are stand-up people, they just took care of us. Amazing. THANK YOU!
My home warranty people sent a guy out to repair and "tune up" my ac. Scheduled 9:30-11. They call me at 7:50 and tell me he's on his way. Have to wake my son up and wait for him. He's at my house for 5 minutes, looks like he just rolled out of bed, said I need a new thermostat and a tune up, says he cant do anything today to fix it. Said he's "not there to fix or clean anything just there to look.....No repairs, nothing done said the Thermostat is too complicated and he has to go to the next one..Never again
