Installation of new furnace and accessories was bad. Did not work from the start. No air coming in but ac was running all the time. Guy who came out to fix the problem was very good. He figured it out but ha to come back with parts. He said he would be here today but has not called or showed up.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service Joe Reyes provided today from Advanced Heating and Cooling. I was having issues with 2 bedrooms reading 61 degrees while the rest of the house was set at 68 degrees. Joe knowledge and experience was able to fix the issue and get the room temperature back to 68 degrees making it more comfortable to sleep at night. Joe did a thorough inspection on the furnace unit taking the time to make sure everything was working properly. Finally his customer service and kindness was one of best I've experienced in a while, he was polite and explained what he was doing each step of the way and gave me pointers on how to adjust the airflow. I would truly recommend Joe Meyes to friends and family members.

Had one of there services tec come out for maintenance on are heating unit system started having problems after they left called them back out repair tec said the previous technician was a trainee and now you need a 700 blower motor because we didn't replace the capacitor ofcourse the first tec said everything was in spec after talking to the tech about it he got angry and I had to remove him from my house if you don't want a physical and disrespectful person working on your house I would go somewhere else

Love this company! Daniel was great! He tested the system about 5 times to make sure it was working. We somehow have a wasp nest in one of our vents. He tried and hopefully was successful in clearing it out. Thanks Daniel!

Go somewhere else! The first technician couldn't troubleshoot my system wanted to schedule for two days out in the middle of 100 degree temps, still had to pay for service technician. Then they charged $1500 for a warranty item on a system they installed 15 months earlier.

Less than 2 years ago we had Advanced heating and cooling install a new AC unit. We had used them previously to install our new heating system. After years with this company I was disappointed, to say the least, that it cost us $1475.00 to repair the unit THEY had sold us. Would not advise trusting them at this point. We are senior citizens and retired...this hit us hard.

My relationship with Advanced began in the 2011/2012 time frame when, having moved to the Homedale area in 2010 and not knowing any companies, I purchased a Groupon deal to have them come service our Heat Pump system. From there the relationship grew when the heat pump died in the winter leaving us with no heat for the weekend. Advance installed a new one and updated a few other components at the same time. The technician they had then was awesome, and he was the one who regularly serviced the system twice a year until a couple of years ago when he left their company. The other techs who came out were always friendly and professional. Why the 3-star rating? Well, after our spring service this year, I asked to renew the agreement for the upcoming new cycle and was told I needed to call the office. Upon doing so, I was left speechless. After years of being a customer, they wanted to raise the price from $158 to $600/year. I would have expected a slight increase, but the $600 was something I just couldn't handle. I did send a note to the company thanking them for doing a good job all these years and informed them that I couldn't believe what they wanted to charge us for future work. I received no response. I would like to think that if you live closer to the Boise/Meridian area, you'll have much better luck at pricing, and should receive the service we had grown accustomed to. We simply had no choice but to find someone else with more reasonable pricing for our needs, which as of today, we did.

This company has some serious internal issues. They harassed me for moths to pay a statement, we called and provided payment and they still continued to harass us for payment only for us to realize that they had linked my account to some random address that I’ve never lived at. They threatened to put me in collections for this and it wasn’t even my address they were billing me for. I’ll never use them again.

The furnace they installed does not have a filter and does not pass code. The furnace exhaust rests directly on the 2×4s of an interior wall creating, as Intermountain gas put it, an extremely dangerous fire hazard. Subsequently, my furnace was turned off by the inspector from Intermountain gas and tagged as unsafe to operate in January. So I'm sceptical as to whether an inspection had ever been done after Advanced finished their installation. Now, I have to pay another company to replace a working furnace that will probably burn my house down for one that won't. Don't be me! Make sure you have the finished product inspected for safety!

I used the online scheduling tool and got an immediate, automated response: "Hi Craig! We received your request and are working to fulfill it.". For days and no further contact. I responded to their automated response asking if they had an estimate for service. No response. I submitted a second online request and got the same immediate "working to fulfill it" response. Several hours later I submitted an online request to Ultimate Heating and Air. I received an immediate response and personal phone call. They sent a tech to the house and we were back up and running in 45 minutes. So I can't really say much about Advanced's actual service because I never got to use it. But their online scheduler really sucks. Maybe I should have just picked up the phone, but...... Problem solved, albeit with another service provider.

Our AC went out today. 108° outside. I called Advanced Heating and Air because I know they are honest reliable and they have integrity. They weren't able to get me in for two days. I was totally fine with that. Two hours later, I got a call and they were able to come today!!! Answered prayer!!! Our system was up and running in no time. Dwight came out and was very professional and honest. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air!
