208 Heating & Air is hands down the BEST contractor I’ve ever worked with. Jason is on time, efficient, and gets the job done right. He is honest and I know that when he is diagnosing an issue, he is telling me what is truly wrong, and not trying to inflate the issue. This guy is truly a godsend, and I am so happy that I have him for my heating & air needs. Jason started off great when he gave us a quote to install a complete hvac system in our new house. The price was good and he was knowledgeable. He came out to our house and made a plan with us to get it done. A week later everything changed. He called my wife and canceled stating that he was too busy. She said we could wait a while for him. Then he said he didn't know if he would be in business much longer because there was not enough materials to get the job done. This was in early February. I called him and he told me that he could not get flex ducting. He told me that if we could wait a few weeks to a month then he could still do the job. I told him that we were fine with that. He stated that he would start the installation of the furnace in early March and then the ducting later when it came into the distributer. Early March came and no Jason. I called and he said he was busy because he got an apartment hvac install job and that he would be here in late March. I held my tongue and said ok. Late March came and no Jason. I called him several times and he would not answer. I texted him and finally got a response that he would be here in a week. A week came and no Jason. At this point he will not answer and will not return text messages. This has left us with a half finished house for four months waiting on hvac. We finally had enough of Jasons lies and excuses and hired a different hvac guy. This new guy said materials were never more that two weeks out of stock and has already ordered the materials and is getting started. In our opinion Jason/208 Heating and air is worthless.
absolutely outstanding customer service, he left his family function to come to my place to get the heat working the day after christmas and then told me i didnt owe him anything cus it was a quick fix, they will most definitely have my service from now on
These guys were super friendly and showed up on time and got the job done way faster and for way less than expected. I will definitely be using them again and be referring them to everyone I know. Great company and great people.
