Called to fix our AC. They fit us in the next day. Aaron (the technician) was professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. He discovered a leak right away and suggested a few options to help us decide the best course of action. While we were decided he checked the entire system for any other issues to make sure his quote would be accurate. We chose to fix and not replace. We scheduled the repair day with a friendly and helpful lady through the main office. we were fit in for the repair within a week. Aaron came back out on time, on the scheduled day, and was done promptly. The unit has never worked better. The quote was accurate to the penny. Exceedingly pleased with the entire process, highly recommended.
Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the completed job. This business makes a customer feel special and appreciated. They installed a complete central HVAC system in our older home. Zero complaints!!

We recently had an air conditioner and furnace unit installed, and now that the weather is hot had some issues with the air conditioner. They were some issues contacting the business when my air conditioner wasn’t working, but after we spoke, they were kind, courteous and came out to my home quickly. They corrected the issue and overall I am pleased.

Quick service as i called at 7 am with my AC not working and Sean showed up at 8:30! Sean quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and we're now staying cool again. Sean was very professional and courteous. They will be my first call with any future issues I may have.
JA Bertsch has been servicing our HVAC system for a few years now and has provided excellent service. We belong to their service program and it is a great value. Their service technicians have always been very straightforward with what was needed and how important it was to do it now/soon or in the near future. Highly recommended.

They got Danney out to me as quickly after realizing I had a little (but big) problem. She got right to work and found out the problem super quick! Im so glad we caught it in time! I'm thankful for you guys, and will definitely be calling you for any electrical work we need!

John gave us our 3rd bid for a new HVAC system. He was the most informative of all 3 companies. He provided a “why” to all his recommendations. We ended up purchasing from them and it will be installed next week.
John was awesome, while here to do the AC check John found a gas leak at the hot water heater. He proceeded to fix the leak and he explained everything thing that he was doing to fix it. Great service and very professional.
James was so great, he fixed the therm. and then also took the time and explained to my husband how the filter fit into the furnace. He was so kind and patient with us. You have such great employees, they feel like family.
He came on an emergency basis late at night - was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired, but I felt he made an honest assessment of the problem and solution.
