Awesome service. Jon was very detailed with the issues at hand and explained the problems and which units could and couldn't be serviced. He showed the issues and fixed what he could. Definitely not here to scam anyone. Definitely here to try and help make our home a cool place to live. Definitely would recommend to our neighbors and friends.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Showed up on time & determined that 2 of our units were not going to need the heavy cleaning we had expected. They adjusted their quoted charges accordingly and impressed us with their integrity as well.

The staff is friendly and answered all our questions. The service technician (Jon I) was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and was thorough with the service he provided. He also pointed out potential problems and gave us recommendations and quotes. Best a/c service on ‘O’ahu. Highly recommend.
Perritte called to let me know when he would arrive. He was very personable and professional. He did a great job on the servicing of my AC units. Myra, in the office was very helpful.
Kk A/C installed a 2nd Mitsubishi system in my house. John & Perry completed the job expeditiously & with great professionalism. Explained clearly why the initial installation plans needed to be modified. Their electrician did a ‘super-fast’ job!
Great service again, very accommodating as far as getting me on their schedule sooner that later. John showed me photos of what he was gonna work on and what conditions they were in. Explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be serviced. Definitely my go to a/c company.

Friendly, Fair & professional
Everyone was great -- from estimate, through billing and installation, great service. All team members were super friendly and professional, always happy to answer questions. I didn't have to coordinate an electrician or anything, KK AC did all of that. They had what I wanted in stock, so estimate to full install was less than 3 weeks -- installation was a single day! I would definitely use them again.
Very pleasant working with KK from the start to finish. Guarantee I will call them for next maintenance or any other problems with my units. Mahalo KK

Overall, my experience with KK Air Conditioning was OUTSTANDING! My initial contact with Mira was very pleasant, which convinced me that KK Air Conditioning was the right choice. I was able to schedule an appointment to unclog the A/C drain with a fairly quick response. The service technician was quick, clean, thorough, kind, and professional. Pricing was very fair and transparency was outstanding. Overall, A+ for customer service, pricing, response time, and knowledge. Definitely will make KK Air Conditioning my preferred vendor for A/C repairs!

KK Air Conditioning... Professional, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy Company. Today was my installation day for my Mitsubishi Split Units (3 Bedrooms/Living Room). Crew of 4-5 men arrive on time and started working right away. Respectful and good clean work performed. I am happy with my new AC and will be Maintaining my AC with KK Air Conditioning. During the installation, problems occur, parts had to be modified to fit my new system. The knowledge of the crew solved the issues and finished the work correctly and safely. I highly recommend KK AIR CONDITION for all AC needs and service. The Owner Kent Muramoto and Manager Greg Saito both checked in with me before and after the installation to go over the work that will be performed and to see that things went smoothly. AWESOME!!!
These guys were awesome, on time, and professional. Did a great job with my maintenance and charged a very fair price. Excellent all around. I will be using them again
