Gouging for money.. We called them multiple times to do jobs abd then all of a sudden they sky rocketed their prices. Apart from being pushey with scheduling. They also have issues with their communication between call center and technicians. I had an emergency on a holiday, I knew it would be costly. When I had asked about the extra fees, 2 seperate call reps reassured me their wouldnt be any extra fees. When the workers got their they tried to charged the holiday fees, as I originally thought. Then even after the holiday they still sent the same quote. Over $700 to install a toilet that would take me 15 minutes to do myself.. Get over yourselfs. Even if it was half that price, its still to much for an installation. There are to many companies out here for you to try this kind of extortion malarkey.😂
This is the third time I've used Steve's Plumbing. Each and every time I've been completely satisfied by all aspects of the process; rapid response, quality work by an experienced and knowledgeable plumber, and positive attitudes are some of the things that come to mind. This most recent visit was by Austin Groom, who replaced a decrepit kitchen faucet. The work was not easy because of the age of my kitchen, but he did a great job, left the sink and counters clean and did so with a can-do, helpful attitude. In my experience, Steve's Plumbing is consistently excellent.
I am sad to write this. Not reliable. I booked simple A/C service 2 months ago. Steve's cancelled and rescheduled 3 times over a week until I just gave up on them. If you need dependable service, probably go elsewhere. Mahalo.
Paid nearly $950 to fix drips from water heater and convinced me to service it at the same time. Drippings continued and now slow to respond to fix the dripping, which was the original scope of work. They are quick to charge for new work but once paid and work is not to satisfaction, they don’t prioritize to get it fixed properly.

John gave me the best customer service I have had in my 10 years of adulthood. He goes far above and beyond and deserves nothing but greatness in his profession. He is detail oriented, easy to work with, and you can tell he takes pride in the work he does. Hands down bar none use this company and ask for John 💪🏽
We originally called because our garbage disposal and one other drain were backed up. They pointed out issues with our water heater and ended up replacing that as well. They showed up on time and did a great job. They were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend using their services.
5⭐️ ALL DAY. Best Pros to work with. Punctual, cleaned up after, with detailed work order & future advice recommendation. If your 👀 for cheap, 1/2 okole donkeys 🫏… go somewhere else.
Solid AC check up provided about a year ago however, a recent repair quote they gave me was outrageous and over $1500 to replace a shower faucet. Asked my plumber friend for a second opinion and he was able to fix the misdiagnosed “snapped bolt “ in less 10 minutes by removing it and tightening it. Really disappointing that the “tech” just straight to the most expensive resolution of replacing everything rather than trying to fix the issue. Be cautious of pricey quotes!
Rod & Matt with Steve’s Plumbing were fantastic! I was referred to them by RJ at Igloo A/C as I respect his advice! Both class act companies with great knowledgable crews! I own an electrical company in Anaheim, CA (Orange County Circuit Breakers) & I will not do business with anyone without a reputable referral! My job was difficult, as our pipes are 1989 cast iron, but they accessed it & had the job done in one day! THANK YOU STEVE’s PLUMBING!

Sunny was proffesional, clean, and he spent hrs to make sure clog was cleared and leak repaired. He provided some very helpful plumbing advice. Will definitely request him again. Mahalo for giving me peace of mind at a reasonable cost.
Zach and Alex were excellent! They were able to come earlier than scheduled to help. Very professional and answered all my questions. Fantastic work every day for 2 weeks. They had a huge job on their hands with changing all my pipes to copper. Would hire them again in a heart beat.
Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service, plumber, Kristopher Turner, explained in detail as to what he will be doing, which is unclog the toilet. My grandson, flushed a toothbrush and that is exactly what he pulled out after 2 attempts. Thank God!! 😊 I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service!!
Technicians Daniel and Peter responded quickly to our aid in reinstalling a very bad water heater. Daniel quickly assessed the problem and both of them provided a very professional service showcasing their expert experience. Also, Daniel and Peter were extremely friendly and accommodating in a way not normally seen in this day and age!!! Bravo to all of you at Steve’s plumbing Many Many THANKS!!!!!! Mr. B
They were very professional and quick to come out and fixed our leaky faucet. Sunny was very exceptional! We will definitely use Steve’s plumbing again.
John was excellent. He took down the old faucet carefully, so that the in wall pipes were not damaged. He installed the new faucet, drain and trap efficiently, cleaned up the area and then checked for leaks. No leaks. Overall, excellent professional work. This is my second job with Steve's Plumbing and they have done the work excellently each time.
Very fast response. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He removed our old electric water heater and installed a hybrid water heater. Kept us informed as he worked and advised us of various options for installation. I’m satisfied.
Lame. A week to make a service call, NOT SAME DAY as advertised. Repairman came on two non-consecutive days and was unable to give me a diagnosis, an estimate, a time frame, but he did tell me that was his last day with the company and left. After two weeks and no movement forward, no time i could expect them to return.. The repairman said they were waiving the fee to show up, and no bill was ever presented, so they were discharged like bad body waste. I don't have all day to sit around hoping they'll show up and do their job. It seems based upon the high number of bad reviews lately this company is in self-destruct mode. Avoid like a disease, both AC and Pumbing services.
Daniel showed up in my families time of need. He was methodical in his approach, and walked my wife and I through the process of the repair. Although I was not thrilled with the price of the repair, it seems like everything is extremely expensive at the moment (Steve's prices in particular), Daniel did a great job of explaining why the repair was necessary and explained the cost of future issues if left untreated. Thanks for your help, Daniel!
