Had a multiple number of split systems installed. Project manager, and installers did a great job. Only complaint was the lag from contract to installation timeline. However system was installed before the summer heat and follow up assistance from RevolSun was commendable.
This whole PV installation experience was the most painless process I ever experienced with a contractor. Michelle was on it, every step of the way!
I chose RevoluSun b/c they have a good reputation. I used two other companies in the past and was pleased that I chose RevoluSun b/c of their workmanship and customer service. Michelle was very instrumental in designing my system and I felt she was after my best interest. She stayed on top of my progress and saw it through to completion. She was also instrumental in trouble shooting when needed. I was very impressed with the quick follow-through and also her response time and thoroughness. She is one of main reasons I decided to go w/RevoluSun and I'm glad I did. The crew that installed my system was very cordial and knowledgable. They did a good job with the panel installation, battery hookup and electrical work. I am glad to have chosen RevoluSun and am pleased with the system that I have. Thank You RevoluSun!
I love my solar system. It is top-notch. Bill S. is an excellent salesperson. Had a few issues with my overzealous HOA and Revolusun handled it professionally. Great team of people. I felt like they really took care of me and are saving me thousands of $$$ a year on HECO bills.
Well I have had solar installed on my house and it has been 16 weeks and nobody has come to actually turn it on. So I have a very expensive paper weight on my roof. Calls are not returned promptly and I have gotten to the point of hounding the organization for a call back. The permit was pulled on 5/2022. Seems a bit long to complete a project as it is now 1/2023. I believe the goal here is to redefine the term "delinquency" If you are considering this organization request a contract that states compensation for missing target dates. I do understand there are items that come up during the assessment that need to be addressed. This is expected. I refer to the stalling of getting that assessment scheduled. A one one week wait time became 16 weeks. On top of that they started to point fingers at the region electric company, who by the way haven't even been involved yet. My request for a detail document requesting all transactions on the project have not been addressed. Request for contact information of the parent company have been promised and then subsequently ignored. However the workmen were fantastic, neat , clean, friendly. They actually made my garage look better that before. If I could have hired them on the side I would have.
Since installing RevoluSun Solar System, we have had a great experience with it -Michelle has been very helpful, attentive, and willing to assist us in anything we asked her about. Update October 2022: Alright, so three years later and a bag of bad feelings, the worst happened. I noticed my Solar wasn’t working. I went to check it, and noticed the inverter was switched off. I did the online recommended trouble shooting, basically turn it on and off at various levels, but no dice. Despite the less than stellar initial experience, I knew I’d have to call revolusun as they had all the info and warranty on the product. I was certain three years wasn’t a typical shelf life for such a critical component as the inverter! Thankfully, revolusun really was in the ball. I got back with our sales person point of contact, and he thought much of the issues I brought up had been resolved two years prior. I will give some grace as the hang up was he thought a piece of paperwork was delivered but had not. Then Covid hit and obviously, communication, and follow-up was lost. Nevertheless, after this initial contact, revolusun actually took the opportunity to makes things right. Someone came out within the week. Saw the inverter was essentially fried. They installed a new inverter in a surprising turn around and with much more seamless communication. Even with issues with inverter supply, they were able to make it work. So for those who have had problems, don’t give up! I now really regret giving up after no follow-up. And, I now know how to make things more seamless on everyone’s part. I used to contact our sales person for updates, but then he’d just have to ask the scheduler. This added an extra person, and we’d be playing phone tag with sales, they’d be trying to get scheduling, and then scheduling would have to chase install/electricians. Now, I’d just call revolusun and ask for the scheduler directly. Also, what makes things hard is the installer isn’t always an electricians. So, the electrician installed the inverter then the solar specialist linked the inverter to the system. So, this all takes time and multiple visits. There was a chance for mi
I am very pleased with the service the RevoluSun Smart Home provided. I emailed my project developer Ian Crumpton late evening about the trouble with the electrical issue of my solar water heater and he sent the team the next day to solve the problem. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
The RevoluSun team was professional and courteous throughout all aspects of our solar panel and battery backup storage project. They asked all questions quickly and were very helpful educating us throughout the paperwork and permits process. The installation crew was highly professional, clean, reliable, and friendly. Would hire them again and highly recommend them to others for all things solar power related.
I hired RevoluSun to install a new A/C system. Existing system was too old, so I decided to replace it. After meeting Erik, I choose Mitsubishi A/C and made a contract. RevoluSun did very good jobs. Its crews are very professional and provided great services. Their works is very neat. After installation, one of crews explained very well how to use and manage the a/c system. I appreciate all of them, especially, Erik. He is very responsive and well managed the plan. Thank you, Erik. In addition to the a/c system, I'm waiting for installation of Solar PV system. This will be done by RevoluSun. I expect RevoluSun's great quality work on the next project.
The whole experience, from my first contact with Julian Ritchey to the last contact last week, has been exceptional. I had a slight glitch in the installation of my batteries and Julian never gave up on my issue. He kept in contact, responding to my emails with alacrity, until the job was finally completed. I think any other manager would have given up on me but not Julian. While he is a wonderful contact, this is what I wrote about my last contact with the RevoluSun team. "Again, I was impressed by the quality of the RevoluSun hires. The two men were polite, verbal, concerned about the batteries' noise and engaged in trying to find a solution. Instead of brushing me off, they offered a solution." I appreciate the work that you, Julian, and RevoluSun has done on our behalf. Big Mahalos.
Once they got your money, even if they still have stuff to do they'll just stop responding.
Among a million issues (non responsive, schedulers not tracking what work was or wasn’t done, sending the team to do unauthorized work, sending them on the wrong day/wrong time, etc), we’ve been waiting 6 months for them to fix the mapping for our phone app. They won’t respond to calls or emails. The install crew is nice, but the rest of the company is so unprofessional that it overshadows any positives. As I’ve been telling friends and neighbors, go with a different company. You’ll be much happier.
We LOVE our PV system! It is sooo energy efficient and the financial benefits are a plus. I enjoy checking the Tesla app to see the green energy bar powering our home and helping the community reduce its dependence on oil.
I had problems with my solar panels which had been installed years back by another company which went out of business. I contacted Revolusun to see if they could resolve. While it did necessitate a few visits, and arguably that could have been solved sooner, I nonetheless highly command Revolusun for keeping at it and for the quality of their customer service. Ashley was awesome. The technicians who came were knowledgeable, competent and very professional. I highly recommend using Revolusun and passed the word to all my neighbors
Excellent customer service, quick responses to all my questions. Quick quality installation, and I’m so happy with with my 18 solar panels and Tesla power wall 2 battery. My wife and I both work all day, and we the AC every night, and all day on weekends— once the battery is charged, the rest of the energy my panels produces feeds the grid, which I get money back for from my utility. My average monthly electric bill has been $26 (the minimum). Go with Revolusun, and you will win at life
Alton and Kekoa arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. From start to finish, these 2 professionals advised me of what was going to be accomplished from taking before/after photos of panel cleaning and Reconnecting my monitoring system. Hands down, they did an Outstanding job and also ensured that any mess was cleaned up before they left. Recently completed a solar install. RevoluSun was outstanding in all aspects of design, installation and implementation. Julian Ritchey explained the entire process in a straightforward way and delivered as promised. We are very happy with this purchase.
