I called a little after 3 pm on a Thursday, and the call center said the office was closed and everyone left for the day. The website says they are open until 4:30 pm. If I had know they leave at 3 pm, I would have called before 3 pm! I am on a deadline, and waiting until they call back tomorrow just for a simple answer to one question, is not what I would call good service. Please change your website to reflect the real hours of business.

Fantastic service! This locally owned company was very prompt in servicing my Mitsubishi split a/c system! Honest, good service and great people make this a company I’m happy to give my business! Mahalo! Shawn
