This was the 2 AC Air Masters did for me. This are by far the cheapest when it comes to quotes. Only one company was close with their quote, but that quote did not include tax as well as new thermostat.
We had previously used another company, but when we were given a three-month wait time to get an appointment, I saw an Air Masters van on our street. SUCH LUCK that the van was on our street at that time. I called the number and Keith Kaneshiro has taken care of me ever since. That was years ago now. They are quick, professional, reliable. I will always use them for my air conditioning needs!!
Good communication, Sherman and Princess are very courteous and friendly as were the crew. They installed the split unit while I was working from home, they were careful, quiet and respectful of my property, answered all my questions prior to the installation and during the installation and cleaned up really well after the job was done. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were recommended by my realtor, Larry Chun (who I also highly recommend), and I'm glad he did.
Sherman came to my condo to give an installation consultation. It went well! I emailed him the requested information, and I thought we were going to go forward. But after calling and leaving messages for a week, I did not even get a call, an email, a quote, nothing. Just ghosted! Bizarre way to do business, especially in Hawai'i!

I called to make an appointment for an estimate on putting a split ac system in my house and their technician R came to do a walk thru. A couple weeks went by, no news from him so I called and a gentleman answered but didn't say who his name was. I told him what happened he said he would tell R to give me an estimate and again no response either from the technician or the office until today. This is not a cheap project (I had several estimates from different companies and they go around $8 - 10k) but yet this company doesn't see a need to complete an estimate. Definitely this company doesn't value customers.
Justin and Dominic were on time, efficient, very thorough, pleasant and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

Spoke to Keith over the phone. He was very courteous and professional. I needed and appointment asap to get my split a/c cleaned. They were able to get me an appointment the next day! Awesome! Loreto, the service tech, came on time. He was also very courteous and professional. And got the job done pretty quickly. I will definitely use their services again.
I wouldn't recommend Air Masters to anyone. I had all 3 of my split ac installed and 2 years later all 3 ac ran out of freon the same time and blowing hot air. Owner Sherman told me it's not their fault and for me to contact Fujitsu for the freon leak. They replaced all 3 evaporator coil and refilled with freon. 2 years later freon is low on all 3 units. They didn't fix the leak.
I want to start off by saying that the work done to clean my split AC unit was excellent and I was very satisfied with it. However the low stars is for to the fact that I had to call twice, thinking that Air Masters had forgotten about me just to get the initial appointment. Then after cleaning the unit the tech said he had to leave since he was only told about the one unit and not the second one which I had asked for cleaning. That's fine, the tech told me someone would call me to reschedule the other units (now 3 after the tech examined my other AC units and recommended cleaning). Now one week later, no call... I would only recommend Air Masters if you have the time and patience to keep chasing them for appointments, don't expect them to call you back or follow through.
