Owner was rude and unprofessional. Slept with my husband. Just needed my ac cleaned.. not my husband stolen
They said they are too busy and not taking any new customers, so don’t bother calling!
Excellent service provided from Advance A/C. Kammie takes care of her customers from start to finish. She even honored last year's price when I decided that I didn't need the a/c at that time but wanted it this year. One of her new workers,Kia, did an excellent job of showing me how to use the remote and how to clean the a/c filters and the condenser outside. Mahalo for extending the extra aloha.
Had an amazing experience with Advanced AC, they were very responsive and helpful from first contact to after instal. Kammie and her staff were professional and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend mend them for all your AC needs.
I called and they said sorry we are not taking new customers. I own a biz and I hustle and grind for new clients. Must be nice to be so fat that there's not need for new customers. So all looking for help don't look here. I am unsure why they would even bother advertising.... Makes no sense.

Kammie gave an accurate quote, staff that installed the system were prompt, very clean and organized. The company was also very transparent about the energy rebate and informed me that due to recent changes, the system I qualified for a bigger rebate than I was quoted. The greater rebate was discounted from the final bill. I highly recommend Advanced A/C for anyone in a high rise that is exploring A/C options.

I called and was told that I could receive a tech out to repair our AC unit. Tech called and told me he couldn't verify that we had an account because the office lady wasnt in and said he wouldn't come. What great service.
