Todd and his team are Excellent! From beginning to finish, and even post completion, this company, the proprietor and each of the employees i dealt with, are great, in every regard. They installed a/c systems throughout my multi-level home, and i couldn't be happier with the work they did, and with the selection, installation, fine tuning and follow on processes Todd & Co coordinated and performed. They have more than earned my satisfaction, and my trust. I herewith happily offer my unsolicited support and review. Without reservation, I highly recommend A/C Hawaii!
I called and scheduled an appointment with them and the lady said 2pm and my wife was present when she said this. It would be 3 days without a.c. A guy shows up at 10:30 this morning and I get a call. She then calls me and responds “I know I didn’t schedule that because of whatever reason” Poor customer service and now we will have to wait another week because of their mistake.
