Russell has worked on my AC several times and when it went out a few days ago, he was quick to come out and take a look. He and his team did a great job installing a new unit. Very trustworthy and reliable! 10/10 would recommend!
Saved us! Had two other companies come before and one had us convinced we had a carbon monoxide leak and needed extensive repairs or replacement. The second with little to no effort decided because of the age of our unit (2017) we should replace it. While one is extremely serious and dangerous it was not our problem, the other lacking good reason. My final straw I pulled was MARservice... He took the time to find the actual problem. I will be spreading the word for sure. Beyond thankful for the honest help and amazing efforts🙏 Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We've done business with MARS for about 10 years and most recently this week. It's rare to have such consistent professional, quality service with a company in this industry (based on reports from friends who DON'T use them). From the first time I contacted them, communication has been clear; they were prompt, and completed the repair and fixed the problem in a minimum amount of time. If there were 10 stars to offer, I would give that rating to them.
we called on Sunday when air broke..they were here on Monday morning thank heavens with our company enroute for a visit. very professional and honest. they said it was dual capacitor. we would not have known if they said we need a new unit. we will be using this company in the future for our heating and air needs.
No help to the public. Just needed a 24v transformer. Told they could not help me.

I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am for this company, David and his grandson! I am 9 months pregnant, and set to deliver on Monday. So when my AC went out, I was petrified!! My husband called and they were out here the next morning! Fixed it so fast that before they had left, the house had already dropped 2 degrees!! There are not words to express my gratitude!! We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our AC/Heating needs! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

David came out the same day that my air conditioner was not blowing cold. He showed up super fast! He was very friendly and very honest! The part he had to replace was relatively inexpensive on my old unit! It’s not easy to find honest service these days and these guys are! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it! You have a customer for life!
I want you to understand how much David and his crew mean to my family! My wife is a 911 Supervisor that works night shift, she has to have a good days sleep to be alert and efficient at her job because people's lives depend on her. MARS has always been dependable and trusted, but these guys came out on a hot summer day and worked quietly outside her bedroom window, they had to work on a part that was gonna require some noise so they took extra time and effort to remove the part and get far enough away to repair it and then put it all back in so it would not disturb her... You don't find people like that nowadays! Also due to COVID 19 another part that was needed to complete the job was gonna take weeks to get from the manufacturer, but David found and modified one he had to keep our unit operating till the correct one arrived and came back out to install the new one. He made several trips out to check everything and sent his crew by to confirm we were staying cool! If you have any doubt about who to call I hope this review helps you decide, I give you my word you will be in good hands!
Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote and the lady I spoke to was rude. She had never heard of an Ecobee thermostat, which is very popular. She quoted me TWICE what other companies were quoting and hing up on me when I started to ask questions. Very rude and I do not recommend using.
They really do provide 24-hr service! David came out first thing in the morning to troubleshoot why my unit wasn't cooling properly. Apparently, a piece of attic insulation had blocked the water egress and was causing the unit to malfunction. Count on this company for your HVAC needs... You won't regret it!
