We had 3 different appointments with them and 3 no calls and no shows. First one we took the entire day off work and I found out they weren’t coming when I reached out to them via text (they don’t answer their phones). Second and third times I was given a 2 hour window and no shows again. I had to reach out to find out their vehicle was in the shop. Said they would come but it was 2-3 hours AFTER the window. When you take time off of work for appointments you kind of expect that to work. I understand things happen but 3 times in a row with no communication had I not reached out. BEWARE!!!
