Our system went off during July 4th holiday weekend and temperatures in the mid 90's while my husband is in a hospital bed. Josh got to us within a day even though he had a very full schedule and quickly solved the problem. We are so grateful! He obviously knows his craft.

I had an excellent experience with Harris Neck Heating and Air. Josh is very professional and honest. He stands by his word. When I had issues with an AC unit, Josh was very responsive and the work performed was affordable. I would highly recommend this company for heating or AC issues.

My A/C went out yesterday during a t storm. It was running but no cooling. Googled A/C repair near me and Harris Neck came up along with a few others. I read some reviews and decided to give him a call not expecting anyone to answer on a Sunday at 7:00 pm but he did indeed answer. Boy was I surprised. He was at my home within a 1/2 hour, diagnosed the problem and got me back up and running within 40 minutes. Very pleased with the response time and the professional behavior of Josh. Will call him back in the fall prior to heating season for maintenance.

Called Josh on a hot summer day in a panic. He was able to get out the same day and had us up and cooling within an hour! He is the ultimate professional. Definitely recommend!!
On a hot August day, our air stopped blowing cold. He came by and got it taken care of within a couple hours of calling, and it was a quick fix at a very reasonable price. We only use this business for our HVAC and recommend to anyone!
HVAC System went down on a Sunday evening. Called Josh Monday morning, and he advised me that he might be able to schedule me in later that day. Called me back later the same day, and was out and had the problem resolved within the hour. Highly recommended.
My A/C quit on a Friday, late afternoon, I called Harris Neck Heating & Air and Josh pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. He promptly showed up and got the system up and running in a matter of minutes.
I called after hours and Josh Maul came out promptly to fix my problem with the air conditioner. Fast, expert service with reasonable pricing. American Home Shield had sent May heating & air earlier in the day to install a new thermostat, it seemed to work. I left for work and when I returned home the house was unusually warm. I called AHC and was told to contact May H&A. I called but they had closed for the day, that's when I called Mr Maul. The problem was that due to the wiring done by May H&A, the unit was heating and cooling at the same time. I still don't have an answer about a return of my cost for payment to AHS for service call that didn't fix my problem. Thank you Mr Maul for your excellent and fast service. The weather is too hot to be out of AC and you take that into consideration when someone calls for service.
