Savannah Air Factory is an excellent choice for all of your HVAC needs in the Savannah Area. I needed my AC serviced at my Short Term Rental on Tybee. I called Friday morning and they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. The service technician (Kelvin) was professional and extremely thorough. I received 5 star service! I will definitely recommend Savannah Factory Air to all my clients and highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their HVAC.
Kerwyn, Garrett and Dakota were wonderful and spent two full days hauling an air handler up to our attic and installing two large returns outside. Two more service trips were made to our home just to make sure all was operational and that we were satisfied. Thank you so much Savannah Air Factory, we think you are awesome!
10 years ago Savannah Air factory put our system in when Jerry and Ray were just starting out. We had a Trane Warranty of 10 years and didn’t do a service contract at the time. We never had any problems. Then last week it quit cooling. I called someone I knew in another company due to convenience and a service person came out and said we needed a new Air Handler in the attic. Said He was a 30 year guy. Then proceeded to make us up 2 quotes for a new system 16,000. dollars. So we called the after hours line at SAF and set up an appt. 199.00. The Nicest young man (James) came out and installed a new start capacitor on compressor unit then went and check the air handler in the attic and found the wires were incorrect. Corrected them and we are up and running for 499.00 versus 16,000. If it had not been on the weekend the price would have been cheaper. Keep up the good work guys and give James a raise. Nothing to complain about here! We bought a 30 y/o house with a 16 y/o HVAC system last year. SAF saved the day in August with an expedited and affordable AC repair. We opted for a maintenance contract and have been impressed both times their techs visited. By all accounts they know their stuff, can communicate clearly, are honest and fairly priced. 👍 👍 👍

We had to replace our 17 years old A/C and Furnace. We got three offers. The offer from SAF was by far the best. Mr. Glover came the same day to present his offer. The installation was a few days later. Quick, friendly and professional for a fair price. Highly recommend. Also the maintenance offer was the best. Happy to found these guys!

I've had the unfortunate experience of being on the road near these drivers in Savannah several times... Reckless and careless and drives like maniacs... Turns on brights behind you and no matter how much you speed up, they are on your bumper.... Almost running people off the road... Maybe on the way to do a dynamite job? If they don't care about other's safety on the road ... How do you think they'll treat you as a customer?

Total professionals from start/scheduling to finish. I’ve been using this company for over 3 years and they take great care of me and my two aging HVAC units. I have no complaints, only compliments!
If I could, I would give Savannah Air Factory a hundred stars! We faced the worst with our hvac and duct system but the SAF stepped up and worked so hard in half the time so we would be comfortable. Thank you Darren and team!
S.A.F. recently replaced both my A.C. systems and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Glover did a great job explaining our options and quoted us a very reasonable price. Rachael in the office kept us informed about the schedule and John, Kerwin and the rest of the crew did a great job on the installation , and did a thorough clean-up before they left. I will not hesitate to use them in the future !
Our A/C broke on Friday (in July, ouch). System was too old to fix, so we decided to replace. On Monday I began calling HVAC cos. One didn't pick up phone. Other told me they could drop by & give quote on Thursday. Other quoted an excessive price. When I called Grover at Savannah Air Factory, he quoted me a reasonable price over the phone, and was able to squeeze in our installation *the next day* (Tuesday). His crew (Kerwyn & Tyler) were pros, and were patient, friendly & respectful w/ our additional questions (especially considering it was over 105 degrees in our attic). Highly recommend Savannah Air Factory.
Couldn’t recommend them enough. Had my A/C go out suddenly this summer and I was very concerned about my (already very fluffy and cold-loving) dog’s health and safety. I called multiple companies with “emergency numbers” who either didn’t answer or respond, or promised an appointment a week away. Savannah Air Factory immediately called me back, and was at my house within maybe two hours of the first call. The tech was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem, and was very communicative and thorough the whole time. I wish I could remember his name, but whichever tech was on call this weekend was a huge part of this 5 star rating.
I was able to get an appointment right away. They were courteous and professional. They repaired the problem at a reasonable price. It was the best possible service!

Great, prompt service to a request for a quote on a replacement of a gas heating and A/C system. Very courteous and polite crew, made sure the new system was working properly and made a temporary adjustment when a piece of the new equipment wasn't working properly until they could replace they piece not working from the factory. New system working great and is what I expected it to be.
