I've got an older system that has been under routine maintenance it's whole life. When my HVAC company stopped showing up and responding in a timely manner, I called On Time and they responded quickly, got my A/C working right away and for a fair price. Bryan is knowledgable and had my best interest at heart by helping me to continue to maintain the system as long as possible. I've been in real estate for 20 years, I can tell On Time is the kind of HVAC company that I look for. I will be using On Time for maintenance going forward!

I'm been living in Savannah for 48 years. I consider myself a Savannahian. I have used and tried every AC company from the big boys to the little companies in between. I'm big on customer service, communication and BEING ON TIME! 2 years ago I had a new upper unit installed from a small company saved some money, but when it came to service they didn't response in a timely manner. So I search on the web and ON time Air caught my eyes with their name. So I said what the hell let's give them a try. The call was seamless . I spoke to the owner Bryan and he answered all my questions about his company. Got appointment setup with Sarah his office manager. The day before they arrive I got a call confirming appointment from her. On the day of appointment Scott the tech text me giving me his ETA. He arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. He keep me informed of what he was doing and best of all he worn shoe covers before he enter my house. After the cleaning services he asked me to come over to the outside unit to explain what was going on with the oil dryer part. He said the part is running about 50% and we should keep eye on it. I went ahead and told him to replace it. These guys are really good at what they do and pass with flying colors with me. I also a few weeks later hired them to fix my duct work that was installed improperly by the builder. I highly recommend On Time Air
Edit for a new visit! Bryan and Alec came out today to see what was causing my AC to not blow cold. They arrived right on time and got my AC back up and running in a shockingly quick amount of time. They were both very friendly and helpful! I can't recommend this company enough! Jeff saved us over the summer when our AC went out! Quick, courteous, and efficient! He did an amazing job!

I have been using On Time Air since 2020 when they replaced my HVAC unit on my rental property in Savannah. I went ahead and purchased their Maintenance agreement where they go out twice a year and do routine maintenance on the unit - I don’t even do this for my own home… -but it’s been worth it. Jeff, Bryan, and the rest of the team have done some additional work: checking the duct work, adding power surge protectors, installing a UV light system, and just last week they cleaned the dryer vent duct. I appreciate that they also communicate with the tenant and let her know the work that’s being done. Without me even asking, they send before and after pictures of the work performed which gives me peace of mind. They are straight forward on what they recommend and what should be fixed right away. I have definitely come to trust On Time Air and will continue working with them. Thank you!

Service was above and beyond. Scott did not rush and was very thorough. Even as it got late in the afternoon on Friday he did not skip any steps to ensure our HVAC unit was in the best shape possible. I will be using on time air for any future HVAC needs.

The technicians are dependable and honest. I called On Time Air on a Friday morning and they had a technician at my door by that afternoon. After they inspected the system, I was told I needed a new HVAC system. They ordered one that afternoon. Within one business day, I had a brand new HVAC.
Can't say enough about these guys. Brian, Scott and Cameron handled a difficult install of our heater unit with ease. Their professionalism, courtesy and honesty were greatly appreciated. Would recommend highly for any HVAC work needed.

The guys showed up on time. They did what I asked them to do. When the job was finished gave recommendations of additional work that would extend the units life. Shawn the lead technician was very concerned and proud about the work He was doing. Cameron the other tech was also like Shawn very efficient and hungry to do anything to please me and make the job a success. Would definitely rate them 6 on the success scale...
My heat went out and Scott was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable, my heating issue was complicated but he didn't leave until he had my heat working again and was available to follow up with if I had any more issues. Sara in the office was also so kind and helpful on the phone. I can't recommend them enough!
