Had our HVAC maintenance today and Austin the service technician was so nice. The unit itself was cleaned and looks brand new. AC is blowing extra cold, thank you!

On time, less expensive than expected, thorough and professional. Austin completed the repairs to my unit quite quickly and expertly, and made helpful suggestions for future care of the system as well.

Great service and installation. They are not one of these big outfits trying to get what they can. They have helped me at home and at work and are very responsive. I feel important to this company when I need them.
If you're looking for an honest airconditioning business, this company is the one. I've got cheated by 2 heating and air companies who charged $145 each for diagnosis and couldn't or didn't fix it. They both told me my air is too old that they could not even clean and I needed $7000 new one. I hired O'leary and they told me my air is only 6 yr old and it was dirty and needed to be clean. Since they cleaned it, It worked right away. I don't have any problem . It only cost me $200 and I am so glad that I finally found an honest company that I can trust. I learned that not everybody is honest and if I find one, I will cherish them. That's why I decide to write an honest review about this company so people doesn't get ripped off by bad people.

If your AC needs repaired or replaced would highly recommend using O’Leary’s! Can trust him to make the best decision. For other companies will just try to replace, to make more money. He looked at the system and showed me he could but it wouldn’t be in my best interest. I’ve been in real estate investments sense 2003 and have seen a lot of AC companies. Have purchased well over 50 units. Timmy and his team are the most professional, honest and reasonable, I have experienced! An Heating and Air unit is one of the largest expense, do your self a favor and use the best! Extremely Professional! Was impressed with making the most affordable decision for me, the customer, (could have repaired made money then come back and make more, (could have cost over $1000) The honest and reputable team came up with a very inexpensive solution. Think a lot of other companies would have seen a way to make an extra $1000. I wish more people would do business like them! High impressed! Thanks! Tom
Called on a Sunday morning due to the air conditioning shuting off and Zach with O'Leary's was here and had it fixed by lunch. Zach was great, proffessional and very easy to deal with. 10/10 recommend.

They have been very responsive and are punctual. We had to purchase a new unit and have it installed and feel that we were treated very fairly with the pricing. We had a question about the thermostat and a tech made a trip to our house at no charge to explain everything (again!). O'Leary's tells you what they need to do, why they have to do it, and how much it is going to cost! It is a real pleasure to do business with this competent and HONEST local company!
I just built a new home and Timmy was by my side every step of the way! He helped plan a system/s that best suited our needs and was very kind in moving vents slightly so as to allow for my furniture layouts. My house is perfect and with 3 systems keeping our house at the perfect temperature my power bill is 1/2 the price of my old house which was 1/2 the size of my new house. I can’t say enough great things about this company and it’s staff! Thank you for holding my hand thru this project and keeping me cool when it was done! And special shout out to Tyler who never complained when I had those.... could you move it an inch to the left moments.

Nice people on phone and in person, but EVERYTIME they come out and do a yearly service, I ALWAYS have to call them back b/c the A/C or heat "conveniently" stops working and have to pay ANOTHER service call and fix whatever it is....like now...just had a yearly done and now my A/C has been running all day and it's saying its 80! Here we go...more $$$

I am so happy to have chosen O'Leary's to replace our 17 yr old ac unit that died in the middle of this heat wave. They came out to Hinesville quickly, provided a portable ac unit, and installed the new unit the next day. Customer service is outstanding, and the techs were great, pausing their work a couple of times to accommodate my 92 yr old mama who needed assistance to walk thru their workzone to get to her bedroom or bathroom. They made sure to cover the carpet and cleaned up everything when they were done. Thanks Timmy Jerome for building a great company.
