I have been to a lot of supply houses in my Hvac career and this one absolutely tops them all they are the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever met the woman in the warehouse will make you never want to come back or even stay and wait the 45 minutes for your product People at the front counter are completely rude they tell you that they have product only for you to drive out there and find out that they don’t! This has happened several different times to everyone I know that goes there they will tell you that your order has been delivered when it hasn’t they constantly give you the wrong items or wrong parts and then the warehouse staff wants to argue with you about it and tell you it’s not their problem if it wasn’t for carrier I would stop using them all together
