Joe from McCall's Heating and Air stopped by today for my semi-annual Geothermal 5 Ton maintenance check. Joe was outstanding, as he checked, serviced and cleaned everything very throughly, all the while explaining in layman's terms what he was doing. I was surprised to learn that McCall's goes above and beyond the call in protecting the environment by preventing the release of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. McCall's has fantastic maintenance and install technicians, and Joe is the Best of the Best. I highly recommend McCall's Heating and Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs because you'll like the way your home feels. Thanks again Joe for a job well done. See you again in six months.

I just had a new Trane HVAC sytem installed. The experience was GREAT, from the promptness of the owner Bryant to provide me with a reasonable estimate for a new system and the installation by the McCall's team, these installers are top notch. I do not hesitate to highly recommend McCall's to anyone looking to have a new system installed or repairs made on an exsisting system.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we have been loyal customers for our two properties for 2 years. I assume the company ownership has changed hands because service, quality of work and professionalism has Drastically changed. First property- following their recommendation, we ordered expensive air filters that took months to come in (I assume because of COVID was no fault of their own) but when they did finally arrive they improperly fit and it took a couple of appointments to get a technician to even come and correct the issue. The filters are still sitting where they were left by the technician and was not corrected. The second property, small house- scheduled a annual full maintenance appt young guy showed up (come to find out it was the owners son) glanced at our unit outside said “seems to be running fine” as he was about to leave we asked was he doing the maintenance we made the appointment for, he said oh they must have booked something else. I’ll let the office know. Called the office immediately, they said the misunderstanding was on their end and we made another maintenance appt. (they still sent us $150 BILL for no work that had been done) the next day we noticed that our air conditioner wasn’t running fine like the young man had told us, we easily were able to find a major leak under the unit inside and a huge clog in the drain line. So the maintenance appt finally happened. Two young guys showed up that said they have only worked there a couple of weeks “cleared out the drain line” and installed a float switch. The next day it continued to leak inside, the float switch was improperly installed. When my husband politely called and spoke with the owner, the owner basically told us that he had other big projects going on and he will get to it when he gets to it. When we discussed the bill and error on the company’s part he said “I’ll split it with you” (something we were mistakenly billed for) My husband said well your workers have come twice and we are getting

I am a new customer to McCall's HVAC, and I cannot be more pleased - they are terrific! My A/C died late afternoon on Thursday, July 1,2021. I called the original installer and McCall's. The original installer was a quick responder, but was not at all clear on how long it would take or how much it would cost to fix the problem. McCall was here early Friday, July 2, and gave me a thorough analysis, a very reasonable cost, and a firm delivery of the next business day, July 6. The other company gave me a much higher cost and a very uncertain date as to when they could do the job. McCall's was here early on the promised date and installed the new system complete by 1:00 PM that day. All of the McCall's people - Sean, Catfish, and Josh - were very professional and personable. I am definitely a satisfied McCall's customer and highly recommend them.
We are very pleased with McCall's HVAC customer service. We had an issue over the weekend, and McCall's came out as soon as possible on Monday to assess the problem. Gary was very accommodating and our furnace is back in working order. Sue is also very pleasant to work with and is always prompt in her response to our requests.

Our ac went out in our rental house and Tim B was out the same day diagnosed the problem and had a new outdoor unit installed that same day. Tim B was very knowledgeable and was a hard worker. We definitely will be using McCalls HVAC again!
My sister has been having issues with her AC, and McCalls came out very quickly. Tim B was great and very professional, and got the unit replaced the same day.
I highly recommend these guys, they are very reliable. Tim goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the extent of our repairs or replacements. He is very respectful and I could tell he genuinely cares for all his customers. I appreciate their business!! Mr. Bryant is wonderful with quotes and estimates, everything is done in a timely manner!

Tim went above and beyond, fixed my A/C within minutes, he was very respectful and I could tell he genuinely cared to make sure he got my air fixed before he left. I appreciate their business!!
McCall HVAC is an excellent and professional HVAC contractor who wants to meet your needs and most importantly your budget and does not try to sell systems when called in for repair & maintenance. Brian, the owner of the company, took the time to listen and address all the issues and concerns that I had about my two AC systems. He offered several options but never tried once to push a sale. He saved us from spending money uselessly and defer the expense until it is necessary to do so. Brian recommended cost-effective options while maintaining performance of the systems. Brian was very knowledgeable about all brands and their track record and described the performance issues we faced to a tee. Upon request, he scheduled a technician on the same day today who arrived within 15 minutes. Tim Bowles, the service technician, was very responsive and knowledgeable about my Lennox AC system that has had a history of repairs. Tim was able to find the source of the problem immediately. He offered short-term and long term fixes that will improve the performance of the system. Tim's practical knowledge and excellent customer service skills were appreciated as he was focused on our needs. We will switch to MCCall after this initial visit. McCall was highly recommended by two other homeowners through word of mouth. I can see why.

We called late last night due to our system not working. They promptly sent out Tim Bowles to run a diagnostic on the system. He was quick and professional and quickly figured out our issues. Hopefully the part comes in quickly and can be replaced as quickly as it was diagnosed.
McCall's has been serving our business for years now. I had them come out to do my personal home and I was very impressed with Tim who came out. He was very knowledgeable on what my units needed and what steps I could take to get it done. I was very pleased with the service.
