I live in an older house that seems to require a very expensive repair every time I turn around. I have “shopped around” and even tried other companies for plumbing repairs, and Canady’s has beaten competitors with overall cost and ease of scheduling hands down. Most recently, Andrew Shepherd completed my last two service calls. Today, he and Noah replaced rusty pipes that were not up to code and vented my washer.After several clean outs and pipe replacement, my washing machine is no longer overflowing every time I run it. I also no longer have a tacky pvc pipe sticking up several inches from behind the washer. The work is professionally done. I also appreciate how he shared photos of the problem and the work completed underneath the house along the way so I could see what was actually being repaired/replaced. I highly recommend Canady’s for all of your plumbing needs.
On one of the hottest days of the year and one of their busiest they got a technician out to us. Drake quickly found the problem and got our air back up and running it could not have been nicer or more informative.

My A/C system stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of June. I contacted Canady's and they sent HVAC Tech Kyle Biles over to assess my units. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional. He informed me on what the problem was and explained all of my options to help me prevent issues in the future. We had an overall great experience dealing with Kyle and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of HVAC services.

Had a great experience! Everyone was very respectful and efficient. Changed our entire AC unit in less time than expected and managed to keep our house clean and cool throughout the process. Donovan was our main guy and he was awesome, very professional and helpful.
The crew was extremely professional and put us and my families needs first. Had a slight issue that required someone to come out at 8:00PM. Donavon came out personally and fixed the issue. Will use this company again.
Bait and switch. Quoted 450 to change a leaking seal. Then said the toilet was clogged and 350 more to fix it.
We have a vacation property in Pooler, GA and don’t have a lot of flexibility with appointments given the 250 mile distance from our main home. When we arrived to celebrate the Independence Day weekend Saturday afternoon July 1, we quickly noticed our vacation home was not cooling properly. Via the online appointment service, I requested a service call for Monday, July 3. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin called Sunday morning, July 2nd and came to our home Sunday afternoon to determine what was wrong. He kept us informed, was extremely helpful and professional, and got us operational on the holiday weekend earlier than we had initially anticipated. While unfortunately we’re going to need more work, we are thrilled to be working with Canady’s.
