The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, just a great experience. I highly recommend this company on performance and professionalism. They do not try to nickel and dime anyone and they performed a lot more maintenance than our previous past companies.
I've owned several homes over the years and this was the most through service call I've ever had. I've used another company here and they don't even come close to these guys. Ryan was the technician. Very very good
They truly are five star company, run by a former Marine. Being a former Marine, this insures the highest level of performance from his techs and his company as whole. Would recommend him and his group of talented individuals in a skinny minute.

I was referred to Bolton Air by another company that said Bolton was the best qualified to service my Carrier Infinity unit which had shut down. Becca took care of the scheduling and Ryan provided stellar, professional and friendly service! Definitely using Bolton for maintenance and eventual replacement of my two AC units when the time comes.
Bolton Air is awesome... We've been having some chronic issues with our AC and are deeply grateful for them pinpointing the issue and finding the part to repair so quickly. Our house is no longer an oven and we can't thank them enough!

I don't know what services were performed because no one actually came inside to tell me what is going on with my unit. This is not the 1st time that has happened. I don't understand how you come to a place of business for a repair and get in your van and drive away without so much as stepping inside the business to update them on the issues.
Turner took my request with genuine care and showed real concern that I got my issue fixed. So refreshing to talk to such a great customer service rep!!

Bolton air was so responsive, on time and very polite staff. My issue was with my filter which was very good news. They recommended the correct filter without any charge - which was not expected and super nice. Would recommend them highly over and over to others. Great experience.

This is the third time Craig has come out for maintenance (scheduled and otherwise), and each time I’ve been impressed by his extraordinary professionalism and expertise. He’s head and shoulders above the average service provider.
So I contacted Bolton Air after having one company in the Savannah area come out and check on my HVAC. We had just moved into this house and I contacted the first company I came too. This was my mistake. This other company came out and told me that I did not have a blower in my air conditioner and that I was gonna have to pay at least $800 for a bandaid fix. It literally said bandaid fix on the quote. To get a Golden fix I was going to have to pay $2000. Of course I was stressing. So I started looking online again. I found Bolton Air, they had really good reviews and I thought why not. Let’s get a second opinion. I put in my request and Janet called me within the hour. I told her about my issue and she was so nice and got someone out to my house within the next day. Craig, who had came out checked my HVAC and informed me that I do in fact HAVE a blower. The other company was literally trying to hustle me out of my money. Instead of paying $800 for a “bandaid” fix, Bolton Air fixed my whole air conditioner system for around $500 and this fix was permanent! Craig and Freddy did such a good job and I am sooo appreciative of Bolton Air. I will use them from now on! They are amazing!
I was very impressed with Craig and Freddie. They were looking for the best way to save money, but also get are Air Conditioner fixed. Considering we had Reddick heating and air that checked our unit first and left with a part off of our unit.Just want to say Bolton Air is awesome and very fair with there customers. Thanks alot guys.
