I wished I could give them zero stars. This is the worst company. I do not recommend them. April 2022, Choice Home Warranty had them to my house three times to fix my heating and then my ac. The third time he informed me that my coils need to be replaced and they do not have the part on hand. So the technician ordered the part. When the coil came in, the technician installed it. Well he he didn’t. He went up to my attic with the new coil and came downstairs with the old one ( the same one). Yep, you guessed it, he never replaced it. The technician went in my attic with new one and came down with the new one in a bag( he put it in a bag and made it look like it was the old one). Now it is June 2023, and I need a new coil. Canady AC informed me that my coil was never replaced and that this the original coil from 2017. I tried calling Affordable AC, and of course they won’t answer the phone. Please do not use this company.

fred doesn't return calls promptly. only a short guarentee on work.
They installed a mini split unit. The heat never work. Would not come back to service, even though it was under manufactured warranty.
Great company, Great service Fair prices. Bailed me out twice before, a few summer ago. Completely updated my unit from a gas heat pump to a new total electric unit. Thorough Job! Completely Satisfied "give em a call"
First had service done with fred and his helper 2 years ago. Service was excellent and they were very prompt. Called on them recent last year and early this year I was told to text my address to them both times and they would be to me at a certain time. No call no show last two times. Bad business. I am very disappointed in them. Not sure what's going on now but I really hope and pray things get better
In the past they were excellent but now customer service awful( not returning calls or text, bad business). System still not fix got the money and ran.
