I had a whole home replacement install of heating and air. They are professional, punctual, communicative, trustworthy and provide great quality work. I had 4 quotes on my job and they came in competitive on price and I'm 100% satisfied with their work. Plus they're local!
Aaction is always extremely courteous, efficient, professional and on time. They have worked with me when things were tough financially. Always very willing to tackle any problem and to do it right the first time. I would not allow anyone else to touch my air conditioning system other than them.

Bought an annual maintenance plan…used the Spring portion…poor quality job done.. Tried to cancel remaining service on plan..was told they don’t cancel/or offer refund for unused portion of plan… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & INTEGRITY…
A Action Air came out today and repaired my heating and Air system. The tech (John) was GREAT. He was polite and courteous. He even put down cloth over my carpet to keep it clean. He was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations on how to keep my bill low. He worked very hard and then cleaned up. My system is working GREAT. I recommend A Action Air highly. High quality work and impeccable service. I am impressed. Thanks
Great people. The owner Mr John, Jeremy and Ricky helped us with our AC situation. Great people and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work done. PS: Do yourself a favor and use Ecobee thermostats if possible. Nest messed us up completely.

Had a great experience with this company. They did a great job cleaning my unit and was cost effective.
Our experience with Ricky was exceptional and supportive. With a friendly demeanor, he greeted us and asked for a quick debrief of the problem. Within 5-10 minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong within the system and how to fix it. He reset our system, making the necessary repairs, and never ceased to have a kind smile on his face. He double and triple checked our system before he left, ensuring that it was operating correctly. When I asked specific questions, he explained the dynamics of our system and the issue in an easy to understand format. I felt that I came away with more knowledge of the function of our system simply because he took time to explain it to me. AAction air clearly has a positive climate and culture as a company and Ricky was an exemplar of all the company embodies. We are super happy with the company and plan to use for all of our heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys for a super prompt response (within a day) and a super quick fix (You are amazing, Ricky!).
Fantastic service as always! We have been AAction Air customers for years and wouldn’t dream of changing, always great guys that we are happy to have in our home. Although they are Savannah based, they service the Hilton head are too. Call them, you won’t be disappointed 😊
AAction Air has come through for me and my family companies were quoting a family member of mines a arm in a leg for a new heat pump system and I called around for quotes and they gave me a great deal with a extended warranty and free year of parts and labor and a maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company to anyone I know and I will be using them in the near future.
