We got a new 3 1/2 ton Trane Heat and Air Packaged unit installed. From estimate to COLD AIR chilling the house, Sam, Jason and entire team was prompt, courteous and professional and the price wasn't bad either! Take it from a SATISFIED CUSTOMER.......I would highly recommend them for ALL your heat and air needs! John C.
From the 1st call until the completion of the work Air Comfort was professional, attentive, on-time and always in touch with us to keep us aware of the timeline of receiving the part(s) necessary. Jeb was very conscientious and actually did what he said he would do! I would highly recommend Air Comfort HVAC.
Jeb Brooker came out and did an amazing job. My unit is running at unprecedented rates. Jeb was absolutely phenomenal. He is funny, caring , and a very skilled worker. What a human!
We were having an issue with our HVAC unit and Beth sent a technician out the same day. It was a minor issue that they addressed quickly and at a reasonable price, and I appreciated that. Will definitely call them the next time we have an issue.

They Were able to come out same day. Dakota was the gentleman that came out, He was very helpful. He was able to quickly fix the issue with my HVAC unit, and had us up and cooling in no time. He was very polite and didn't talk down to me like some service people do to women, He explained my issue showed me what he did to fix the problem and even recommended things to maintain the unit on a regualr basis.
Called to get a quote on a new unit. The guy came out looked at everything and told me he would email a quote to me. It's been over 2 weeks and still no quote. I've called a couple of times but still no response. Very disappointed at the customer care.
I called the office and within an hour Dakota came out to troubleshoot both of my a/c units. Unfortunately our units are old and we decided to go ahead and replace them both before the Georgia summer is here. Dakota was knowledgeable and very professional. I'll use this company from now on.
They are the best for after you buy the unit, "service" they will take care of you. After all, that's what's the most important thing "after" you buy is when your unit is not working or needs servicing.
So thankful for Air comfort and Dakota for coming out quickly to fix our system! Left this pregnant mama, daddy and cranky 4 year old with smiles on our faces and cool air blasting!!! Will definitely have all of our business in the future!
My A/C stopped working randomly and I called in. They had me a tech out there 1 hour later. The tech was Billy and he was very efficient. He found my issue and had to get the part. He came back the next day and installed it. Billy was professional and quick, he even worked around my work schedule to get the job done. Would highly recommend Air Comfort and Billy!
Adam was great! He walked me through every step of the way and was very courteous and friendly. I enjoyed interacting with him very much. The only thing that I wasn't comfortable with whoz that he wasn't wearing a mask inside the house. 🌼
These guys were great. Called them up this morning and the receptionist was able to work a me into their schedule today. The repair guy was informative and helpful. Will for sure use these guys again.

I had a great experience the service man Billy was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly determined my problem and had it fixed in no time. All the staff were kind and professional.
Richard was very prompt and courteous. He answered every question I had. I am totally pleased with the service I received. I accidently hit the wrong button and it looked I didn't give a hold rating. My mistake. 5 stars from me. Thank you!
I’ve recently purchased a HVAC unit from AIR COMFORT 4/12/19 noticed today it wasn’t cooling properly called the office spoke with their contact and messaged the owner Jeff CASS and low and behold the young man called me back in a timely manor and was quite pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable and was more than willing to resolve the problem I suggest this company to anyone ty Jeff CASS 😎
My A/C was not performing well at all. Richard came out and did a service and all was good as new. Highly recommend.
