We recently had the pleasure of working with Chad and his team from Georgia Air for the installation of a new AC unit in our shop, and they did an outstanding job. Chad and his team displayed a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. After a long weekend without AC, Brandan came out and repaired my unit to get us by until we could replace the entire system in a week. He went above and beyond to try and help us to stay as cool as possible. His help is very appreciated and I would definitely recommend him!

My technician was Brandon and he was polite, professional and diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner right away. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good insight on future upgrades for our heating and cooling needs
Georgia Air's customer service has been top notch! Steven Yount is such a hard working professional! He installed our HVAC all by himself and worked non stop the whole time he was here both days. He had to come back this morning and again this afternoon and is always such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. We will recommend your company to any one, and he is a big reason why!
Very pleased with the quick service. The communication was clear and Brandon was great. He explained the issue and the correction and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will be using this company for future needs.
This company clearly does not do a proper check of warranties. We were quoted $1100 for parts and labor. Contacted another company and they told us the warranty is still in effect and quoted us $500. Double check everything before using this company. The technician was great. Very professional and kind demeanor. ETA: The warranty has been verified by my husband and the company again. If you are the original purchaser of the equipment it is 10 years. Whether it be lack of communication, or inattentiveness to detail… this was an oversight that could have cost us $700 unnecessarily.
We have had the same air technician come out and he is so friendly and professional and wonderful to work with! I haven't needed them in an emergency yet but I am happy with our service so far!

Called on a Saturday for an emergency call, despite the $200.00 emergency fee. Tech texts me and says they'll be out late afternoon. At 4:30 texts again and says there are six emergency calls ahead of me and won't be able to make it. Completely wasted my time. If they had been honest up front I could have called a different company and had my issue fixed today. Instead the day was wasted waiting on a company that has zero intent to show up. 0/10, do not, I do not recorded this company.

Another great experience with Georgia Air! Necia is always so friendly to talk with and Brandan always works hard to ensure we are aware of everything going on with our system. He is thorough and informative and we trust his guidance. Also, he’s personable and great with the kids! They enjoy being his shadow.
Steven and McKinsey both were very professional, courteous, and thorough while replacing our heat pump today. I'm very happy with the entire process from our emergency call that Chad responded to, all the way to a new unit. Everyone at Georgia Air that I had correspondence with were equally a delight. They were a life saver! I don't have a regular service and googled HVAC Savannah. I called because my drain pan on my attic unit was overflowing and leaking through the garage ceiling. They got someone to me within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely thorough. He fixed the immediate issue and made sure everything was working at top performance before he left. I will be setting up regular service through them. I'm glad I lucked out today and found a great company on my first try.
