Absolutely the worst experience dealing with these people set up a appointment over a month ago and they keep calling day of appointment to reschedule me for another 2 weeks today was the second time. I understand people without AC Are important but if you keep pushing people out that needs their service you are just trying to make more money off of people doing preventative maintenance

Needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced and the tech spent 2.5 hours preparing a quote for a water heater replacement instead. He didn’t fix faucet because he “didn’t have the channel locks or tools”. Of course I was charged a trip charge… why was he sent if he couldn’t do the work?
Justin Wilcox came today our outside air wasn’t working my husband and I were pleased to meet him and have his knowledge of fixing our air. He was very friendly and nice. We weren’t able to get it working because we need a part he is hooking us up in the morning to order the part.
Drake was professional and throughly knowledgeable of his work. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain the procedure. He also provided pictures. Thank you for sending Drake.
Mike did a great job for us. Helped resolve an issue with our shower valve. We had trouble getting the correct valve for replacement from local plumbing supply. Mike contacted Kohler directly and explained the issue and shared photos and was able to get the correct valve sent and then returned to complete the repair and installation of new hardware. Also completed through review of plumbing as well as flush and service of tankless water heater and repair of recirculating valve. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the correct parts. Also did great cleanup when he was finished. Very professional and personable. Would definitely use Canady’s again.
Travis Russell was very professional, polite, very thorough, respectful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and recommended a humidity strip for the drain pan, which we bought. Thank you for hiring great people. Makes me feel good to allow people like Travis into my home.
I called Canadys due to a loud noise with our air. They were able to come the next day. They said they would call an hour before they would come. They came early and they were timely and responsive. Blake was very professional. I will definitely be using them again!

Caleb Bennington was awesome; I was out of town and had family at the house when my AC went out. He was great at communicating throughout the process, super polite and understanding to call and walk me through things. Fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!!
Yet again, Canady's were prompt, helpful, and reassuring in getting a technician out to us. Justin diagnosed the issue with our A/C very quickly, fixed it quickly, and was friendly and helpful throughout. Great service.

Justin was informative and up front with his work. No one wants to hear they have to spend thousands of dollars, but Justin was professional and helpful throughout the process.

Mr. Otis Lockhart was a very professional technician and installer that knew his job, very reliable and made excellent time, very quiet and had professionalism in the quality of his work in the Installation of two new HVAC systems. I would like to call on him anytime for installing Canady's HVAC systems in the near future.
We have used Canady’s plumbing service several times. They are experienced and professional. They usually have all the parts necessary and get things fixed quickly. We have also used them for new plumbing installation and they did a great job.

Mike was very helpful in giving me several options for my leaking faucet where another plumber had tried 3 times to repair it. It’s a complicated tub faucet with no access to the inside of the tub surround , but I am happy to know what is needed now.
We got a whole new system, needless to say our situation was a shtshow… and Otis was able to get us registered and back on the right path, in the pouring rain, without complaining. Thanks for the hard work guys.
Brandon, our technician did a great job. An issue with the air conditioner was diagnosed and the recommended repair presented in plain English with pictures of the component needing the correction. We will be using Canady's in the future.
