Can not say enough about Dustin and High Performance Cooling. HPC replaced our downstairs HVAC early April2021. Great at communication, timely response, fantastic work and provided great pricing. The install team did a clean job and very professional. HPC will be the team I call in the future!

Terrible Customer Service. When running a Business you don’t tell a 93 old lady that has much respect for you Dustin that you will come and check her furnace out but never show. I am very Ashamed of your comments on phone text. That is absolutely no way to treat the Public. God Bless you, your Family and your business.

These guys are incredible! Absolutely the best quality Installs I've ever seen. I averaged 30% savings on my electric bill after they replaced my system and improved efficiency of my ductwork.
Horrible customer service!!! My AC went out and I called them to fix it since they were the company that originally installed it. I had a warranty but Dustin couldn’t believe that he authorized a 2yr warranty for me 2yrs ago. Thank God I had my receipt with his handwriting. He sent a technician out who didn’t know what he was doing ended up breaking an important part in the $8000 AC unit and water was leaking. He said he was going to come by the following week to fix it, he sent someone else. He lied and said he came to my house himself when he never did. I’ve called multiple times and he refused to return any of my calls. The water leaking from the AC unit ends up leaking in my attic and causing damage to the ceiling!! I had to call another AC company to fix up the mess he created. Horrible customer service!!! Till this day still hasn’t returned any of my calls in over a week. He will just have to speak with my lawyer.
We called Dustin when our air went out in our home. He came the next day and found our fan motor needed replacing. He gave us a fair price and was friendly. My wife said he was not a high pressure salesman and she felt comfortable with him. We will call him again if we ever need our unit serviced again.

We had another company come out around Christmas 2 years ago and they charged us an arm and a leg to put Freon in our unit and told us they couldn’t find a leak. Needless to say Christmas Day it was out of Freon again. We ended up calling Dustin at High Performance and he came out and found the leak within 2 minutes tops and got it fixed. Thank you Dustin and High Performance for taking care of us!
