I noticed that Ful-Bro has a ton of good reviews. Had them come out today to look at my water pump HVAC since it’s been taking a dive lately. Dakota came and fixed everything thoroughly and troubleshot all problems in a very professional manner. All these reviews are definitely valid!
I am very pleased with this company. I've purchased a furnace from them three years ago and I had no issues. However, lately, I've been experiencing leaks from my condensation pipe due to a massive clog. The tech, Colby, went above and beyond to fix the issuse. I live in a condo on the bottom floor and my pipe is shared with two other units above me so it was sort of difficult to complete this task. But Colby was able to find a way to resolved the problem! I would recommend him and the company for any HVAC replacements / pipe cleaning/ affordale pricing / great customer service any day!
Fulbro has been handling our HVAC needs both at our business originally in Doraville, now in Buford, since 1994! They have been very professional, providing top quality service since day one! I highly recommend Fulbro for anyone in need of HVAC service/installation etc.

This is the most professional company that I've ever used for my AC units. Steven Gouge, was phenomenal!! He was on time, had excellent customer, was down-to-earth, just plain friendly and very professional. For those of you who have NEVER tried this company, you're missing out. The quality of service is outstanding and the prices are very fair. Do not sleep on Ful-Bro, because if you do, you will miss out on meeting great people and excellent service.
Score of 11, on a scale of 1-10... From Owner to HVAC techs, what you get consistently has always been quality customer service. Tech always provides a courtesy call before arriving, comes with a smile and professionalism. I had a seasonal check up on AC unit, Taylor arrives always so humble, always on time, cleans up any trail of items he may have installed and when I have questions, he gives quality advise. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
I have been using FULBRO for over 10 years and they are your go to for all things Heating and Air. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and even wear shoe protection. Huge Shout out to Steven Gouge for diagnosing a strange issue with our AC. He was persistent and finally figured out our problem. They are a local company and care about their customers.
Ful-Bro is my go to for anything AC related. Steven came out this morning and was awesome as usual! Ful-Bro is always on time, available when I need them, and honest with the work they're doing. I've used them for several homes both with regular maintenance and when something goes wrong. Always an easy experience!

Two years later and Alex and Ful-Bro are still fantastic! --- Our air stopped blowing cool over the weekend, and Alex was available and answered my questions on Sunday. I decided to schedule an appointment for a weekday and the office was able to fit me in Monday morning. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He had cool air blowing before noon, and he described everything in a way that I could understand before he did anything. I recommend Alex and Ful-Bro and will be using them again.
I have known the company almost 3 decades. There service is outstanding. They treat you better than family. In less than 12 hrs had my AC up and running.
I’ve dealt with Ful -Bro since 2013. ALWAYS a great experience with them. I’ve been fortunate to have the same technician on my twice yearly servicing for a/c and furnace. His name is Alex and I just can’t say enough nice things about him. He is professional, nice and a caring person. I called on 7/29 because my a/c went out and Alex was at my house at 230pm same day . He got it repaired quickly so this 70 year old lady could be comfortable again. Thank you so much Ful -Bro and thank you Alex ❤️
I have used Ful-Bro Heating and Air for years to service our units. Definitely recommend the service agreement and have them come out every spring and fall. We have always had the same service technician, Tom, service our units which we really appreciate. Tom is extremely knowledgeable! Last month we made the decision to have our two air conditioning units replaced. Both were very old and although working, not as efficiently as new units. Ful-Bro replaced both units and we are extremely pleased with the entire process from the quote through the installation. Allen provided the pricing and the necessary information we needed to make this decision. A team of four came out to install the two units. Kyle and Cody walked me through the process and were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely professional! Everyone wore masks when inside our home. This is a smaller, long time family owned business and you certainly feel as though you are part of the family. I highly recommend Ful-Bro! Best service and pricing!
My house experienced an electric panel failure during June 2020. This problem caused power surges throughout the house and damaged numerous appliances and electronic equipment. The HVAC was damaged and did not work at all. Ful-Bro HVAC responded promptly to my request for a repair; they were able to repair the system 24 hours after I called them. They successfully replaced three significant electrical parts (the furnace circuit board, transformer and a capacitor) for a very reasonable price, considering the extensive damage to the system. For reference, they did the repair for HALF the cost of a name brand HVAC company. Importantly, the customer service team, repair tech and company mgmt treated me with care and respect. I felt as if each person actually cared about me the customer. I strongly recommend Ful-Bro for HVAC repair and installation.
I needed a new Smart Thermostat (ecobee) installed. Jacob was my technician. I sent a picture of the current wiring and a link to my new ecobee smart thermostat. Jacob called before to discuss what I had and what the process would be like. He was/is very knowledgeable. When he got here he new exactly what to do and had it working within 15 minutes. Naturally setting up all the settings takes longer and I asked him to leave that to me to customize. Jacob is professional and knowledgeable about these smart thermostats. He also was Covid-19 conscious and kept his mask on the entire time. He also is great with dogs. I use Ful-Bro twice a hear to maintain my HVAC and will never switch service providers. Well done!
Ful-Bro was recommended by several people in my Condo complex. Their pricing was more reasonable than other companies I received quotes. Team arrived on time and had the work completed less than half day. I replaced the HVAC. Carrier was the brand and I did quite a bit of research on AC systems. This brand is one of the better brands. Ful-Bro also offers a maintenance plan for annual fee. I would highly recommend purchasing it as well to keep the systems operating at best capacity. Overall I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace the HVAC system.
These people are really great. I have had a a/c problem two years in a row (not the same problem). Alex came out this time. He came when he said he would and was very professional. I was expecting the worst both times in terms of cost, but each time this company has fixed my problem for a fraction of what I expected to spend. They found the inexpensive solution which fixed the problem. What more can you ask for??
I bought my a/c unit at Ful-Bro and have been very happy. Then when we needed service, during the hottest week of the year, Steven Gouge came out and took care of us promptly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend Ful-Bro and Steven to everyone.
