Needed my AC fixed quick and they were out and ready to help within an hour of us calling for help. Super friendly and great price! We will be using them when we need to replace the unit and you should too! So much better than using the big companies and a million times more honest!
Good, honest, dependable heating and air HVAC man. He and his wife are really good people. He shows up when they say they are going to. They have serviced our system for many years in Commerce, GA and in Dainesville, GA.

KCS Heating & Cooling. This family owned company is the best. Even though it was a Sunday evening on a holiday weekend they stopped their day to rescue ours. we have been using them for a few years they are always super nice. they do great work and try to help you anyway they can. great family people i would recommend them to anyone. we got our power bill today $134 lowest bill we have had he put us a new system in last year and it is paying for its self. they are some amazing folks
Awesome customer service Eddie and his wife have always helped with my system From changing thermostats to helping with a leak I will be getting a new unit from kc/s this summer.
KCS is always there with just a phone call, they came out after hours to repair our AC unit so we weren’t without air during the night in the summer.
5Star all the way!!! Called and with in 4 hours my problem was resolved and I had Kool air flowing again!!! Thank you Eddie and Bonnie!!!

KCS Heating and Cooling is definitely the company I would recommend for all your Heating and Cooling needs. When you call in need, they are there 24/7. I've never had anyone to come so quickly in my time of need. Eddie knows his job and really seems to enjoy the work he does. He is a champ in our book.

Eddie was fast, friendly, professional, and honest. We called him for service because the outside unit motor was not working properly. He serviced the unit and explained that the motor was bad. He had it repaired the next day. We definitely recommend using KCS Heating and Cooling! Awesome work! Thank you, Eddie!

Had an appointment for friday, monday morning at the latest for service. Never showed. No phone call. Called back no answer Friday. No answer Monday. No answer Tuesday. Can't comment on the service other than to say we never got an .
Absolutely amazing company. I purchased our HVAC unit and installation from them and 4 years ago. Recently my dog tore up the duct work outside and I called early on a Saturday morning and they fixed it asap at an unbelievable price. Hands down the only heating/air company I will use.
I called about getting duct work done, just need some replaced, the guy didnt answer with the company name or greeting, very rude, and told me to just go with someone else.
Zero complaints! My AC was leaking so I first called a larger company who couldn’t give me even a ballpark idea of how much it may or may not cost plus the receptionist who took my call was kind of snippy. KCS was my second call. He came the same day and ended up charging me less than what was quoted over the phone. He even told me my system is only five years old or newer so I won’t need a new one for a while. He recommended cleaning the coils sometime before next summer to avoid any problems and recharged the freon. Total cost was under $150.
Finding KCS was a blessing! Came out same day and got my A/C up and running. Very happy with their service and good pricing too! Would definitely recommend... Worked in the rain to fix the issue so we could get by without replacing our old unit for a while longer.
