Don’t buy the portable air conditioner
My original service man did not show up for my scheduled appointment. I called the customer service line and was assigned to Ruben Delgado. He contacted me immediately, even though it was after hours, and showed up and did a very professional and thorough job. He answered all questions and gave a thorough examination and explanation of our total situation. We will request him specifically every time.
Came same day I called The technician explained the issue and corrected it quickly
I called on a Sunday and they came the very next day. Knowledgeable technician diagnosed the issue quickly. Even explained the problem in simple terms. Did a great job!
Our technician, Rueben, was EXCELLENT!!! He was extremely thorough throughout the entire time spent in our home doing the annual maintenance check of our AC unit.
Ed; did a excellent job!!!! another company came Monday and told us Air Conditioner could not be fixed.; Ed walked in was here 10 minutes went to his truck came back with a part came in told me to close my windows and cut it back on we were cool in 20 minutes. EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Installation of air-condition unit was done very properly and professionally. Personal was respectful of property and everything was left clean and orderly. Would recommend them highly.
