If I could give Summit 10 stars I would. We stopped getting cooled air early on Sunday and we called everywhere and got a technician to come out from a different company. They concluded our evaporator coil had froze over and needed to thaw out but then said we needed to do a nitrogen leak test which would have cost us so much money. I called around more to get a second opinion and reached Summit. Texted them and they were so fast in responding back. A technician, Tim, called me back to discuss what he could do and was initially only able to come out Wednesday but managed to get someone out to us Monday at 9:30am! Dennis came out and he was absolutely amazing. We like to understand and learn so he gave us a rundown of what could be happening, what he was doing, etc. Again, AMAZING AMAZING job Summit Heating and Air!!
I’ve had a pleasurable experience with Summit all the way from scheduling with the main office to the technician who serviced the home. If you can, see if Clyde is available. The way he breaks down the works he’s performing is extremely helpful. I completely understood what was happening with my HVAC, how he fixed it, and what I need to do for it to continue to operate. Truly appreciate Summit for giving me air again!
Summit should be honored to have such a great employee. He was quick and kept us informed anytime there was gonna be loud noises or he was going to be coming in and out. Very respectful of our space and was in and out in a very timely fashion.
Summit had a service tech out here less than 16 hours after the service had been requested, which was amazing. Clyde was punctual, professional, and also an excellent communicator when it came to explaining what had happened, what our options were, and best practices to avoid it happening in the future. I appreciate how stress-free everything felt while he was out here and I look forward to doing business with this company again.
We were having an issue with our AC unit being that it has been so hot outside. Summit was here the day after calling to check it out. We have a service/maintenance subscription with Summit that we feel has really paid off. A trustworthy technician has been sent each time we’ve needed something and it has been the same technician each time who is familiar with our house specially. I highly recommend the maintenance/service subscription. Dennis is nice & professional. He also loves dogs so that was a plus! He advised us on realistic solutions to our problems rather than just trying to sell us a new unit to make a commission and that in and of itself is a reason to love Summit!
I think the service tech really knew what he was doing! Clyde was terrific - great job.
The crew at Summit are amazing. I felt completely comfortable with them in my house. They were professional and communicated well. The full system install was a success. This is a small business, not a huge corporation like so many HVAC companies. I love that I see these employees around town and at community events. It's important to me to support small businesses BUT they also do an amazing job which is the MOST important thing.
Technician Clyde quickly resolved my AC issue, answered all my questions and shared several helpful tips to keep things running smoothly. Making an appointment was easy with a 24 hr turnaround time. Definitely recommend!

Looked at my system, talked me through where the problem was, sat down with me and talked through all my options. Answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with his skills and know how and was willing to share his experience and perspective.

You can book appointments online and they call the next business day to confirm. Text you one day prior and morning of reminders, as well as when in transit to your home. In my recent experience, they came out the next day to resolve my issue. My prior service provider averaged two weeks, regardless of being a 10+ year repeat customer to their maintenance program. This was the main reason for switching over to Summit. Nathan was great! And they explained that they try to keep the same technician involved when possible, so there is less of a learning curve each time. Highly recommend.
Summit impressed me from day one and continues to impress. We have hired them for a total furnace replacement and regular maintenance. Each professional I have worked with at Summit has treated me and my family with kindness, respect, and transparency—exactly what you would want from anyone coming into your home. I fully and whole-heartedly recommend Summit to anyone needing HVAC repairs or maintenance. Nobody wants to deal with AC or heat issues, but when you do have to - these guys are a must call. Between the communication, quick response, and overall knowledge - I couldn’t recommend more. With a Sunday call to repair some AC issues, I feel like I’m party of the family now (they’re a family owned business). 11 out of 10

I woke up freezing on a Saturday and checked my furnace downstairs. It had no power…did my basic troubleshooting (breaker, gas, thermostat) no luck. Called Summit bc they were they were available after hours and to get a quote. The operator transferred me to a tech probably due to the sense of urgency I gave off, to see if we could come up with an immediate solution. I briefed the technician on my issue, the furnace type and age, and what I had done to try to get it going. He walked me through possible issues and we found it…blown fuse (3amp) I inspected the wiring for wear or damage and found none. These folks got me through this predicament, and for free. Thanks Summit I will recommend and when I have I have an issue in the future I will call
