I used them twice over the last 3 years to fix my A/C. In both cases they took less than 24 hours to detect the problem, find the piece and fix the unit. Price was better than others I found in the area and gave me a quote. I have no doubts that I will use them again in the future for anything, including buying and installing new units
Absolutely amazed by Brandi's professionalism and thoroughness. We have been struggling with the ill-functioning heater system in our apartment through this winter and filed several complaints to our apartment management, who practically ignored the problem. Only today our struggle was finally properly addressed and solved by Brandi. She explained the reasons of malfunction, changed thermostats, thoroughly tested and confirmed the issue was solved. I'm very pleased and very satisfied with Brandi's work today. Many thanks!
Been doing business with Perfection Air for about 5-6 years now. I purchased all types of equipment, condensers fan motors, evaporator coils, blower motor. I have called them about 7 times about my evaporator coil. Had to get a 2nd opinion and was told I was being sold defective equipment. The say their merchandise is new but that is inaccurate. Within 3 months after an install you guys with be calling them for service calls. Good luck!
Brandi was absolutely wonderful. I reached out to my landlord about my AC not working and she was able to solve the problem quickly. She even gave some great pointers and tips to help keep the system in a good condition since I have a cat and her hair sheds almost everywhere. Definitely will let my landlord know to use her again if any more problems arise.
Brandi was simply AMAZING! It’s so refreshing to encounter someone knowledgeable, professional, excellent at their craft. I had to be out for a little while while she finished up fixing my air condition system and she took care of everything and left a little note letting me know what happened as as promised. I love the follow through and the attention to detail. Also the issue was resolved. Much love and appreciation
Was easy to schedule a technician visit. Technician explained the problem and fixed it. No extra charges above the amount agreed over the phone.
I've worked with them for multiple jobs now and they are always fast to respond and have great new install prices.
