Very insightful delightful staff, this place has an intensive tool catalog to help you get any job done. Also has items the locals store has to have shipped weekly. Make sure you check with them before you order weeks out on a job you can do today.
nice place to look for tools ,but the store close early, 7 am to 7 pm is ok but it could be great if the store allow to be visited late than 7 pm

Dropped my chainsaw off to be repaired over a month ago and they stated it would be done in 2 weeks. Got no calls for an update after a month so I went up there and the chainsaw actually was worse off then when I dropped it off. It’s still not fixed so I picked it up and they refunded my money. No communication at all and a total waste of my time and still have a broken chainsaw. Look elsewhere for any repairs on yard equipment.
They don't honor their protection plans. The protection plans are basically up to whoever is working. This is all on Jeff the manager. He's dishonest, condescending, and not very bright.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed in the Cobb Parkway-Marietta location! They have a clearly stated return policy on their website. The manager, Jeff, did not honor their word. I don't appreciate a large corporation that will lie especially bold faced in writing. Overall very unsatisfed with how this was handled. This was a purchase early the same day basically new still in the box. It wasn't the right tool for what was needed so it was taken right back to the same store with receipt! I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company again and recommend my crew do the same!
It's an easy order process, I like easy, and love Northern Tools the Marietta store has great people!

I’ve shopped the Marietta, GA store many times. I’ve shopped in store, curbside pickup, and in store pickup. I’ve bought large items, small items, and even toys for Christmas gifts. The shopping experience has always been top notch with helpful associates, clearly marked prices, and easy check outs. If you’re buying from Norther Tool and you’re local to North Georgia, use the Marietta store, you’ll have a great experience.

My go to store for most anything. A wide variety of products that no one else carries. I usually order products online and pick them up in the store. This gives me a chance to shop even more.
Did not have what I was looking for. I needed a tool box with wheels I can pull and they only had one style. So now I guess I have to go to a different store to be unnamed.
Snuck in a $39 subscription fee while I was checking out. I didn't notice and clicked through anyway.. Dirty business.
