BUYER BEWARE: This company will try and take advantage of you. They will come out and fix or maintain your unit, but they will try to deceive you along the way. Their technician sold me on a tune-up that was actually just part of the maintenance that I was already paying for. Another time, they replaced a part that not only didn't need to be replaced, but did so in an unsafe way that was not up to code and could have started a fire. Lastly, the company tried to trick me into replacing the entire unit pretending their was an issue that didn't exist. They provided fake proof and went on to tell me that it was, by state law, unsafe to operate my HVAC. If you are an existing or future customer of this company, I highly recommend you educate yourself on HVAC systems and question every single action this company takes when they are on your property.
Love these guys. Use them for all of my HVAC system needs. Very professional and responsive. Had an issue come up with the system, and Chad, the owner, came right over and fixed the problem quickly. Cannot say enough good things about these folks.
The company I work for was hired by Innovative Mechanical to do the storefront for their warehouse. We worked long days, and sometimes into the night on this project and he refused to pay us. Him not paying us put a financial strain on the company that we all felt and he still hasn't paid us. It even delayed our checks in November when we completed the job. Be careful with Innovative Mechanical and Chad Ferguson.
Innovative Mechanical has serviced our home twice now, and I feel confident saying they have a life long client. Chad and his team (Cassandra with scheduling & dispatch, Jason with the servicing) checked all the boxes when it came to getting our HVAC system up and running.
Innovative Mechanical is top-tier all the way! This company has consistently provided outstanding service for my home heating and air conditioning needs. The pricing is market-fair or below and their care is exceptional from start to finish! Cassandra does a phenomenal job of addressing any concerns and schedules appointments accordingly. After being given an initial date and time for my appointment, I did not have to follow up with Cassandra for an earlier opening. As soon as one became available, Cassandra called me to check if it would work well for me and it did! My technician, Jason, was wonderful! I was given a 2-hour window for arrival and he was parked outside of my home at the top (within 15 minutes) of the first hour! Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Once he finished my tuneup, he reviewed with me what had been done and made sure I had a complete understanding with no additional concerns. No extra fees…no hidden costs…just exceptional, quality service. Chad, the owner, is a remarkable leader who excels in helping to make certain that his customers are well taken care of! I have a maintenance contract with Innovative for my HVAC systems. The customer service is fantastic at all levels. Eric came today and called to let me know when he was on the way (on time) and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly in checking my units. Pricing is fair. Highly recommend!
Eric is amazing! Polite and knowledgeable. Took pictures of all his work to show and go over with me. Very great personality!
Eric came by for winter service of our system today, and is of course fantastic. Very helpful, courteous, and friendly. In fact, everyone I've worked with from Innovative Mechanical since we bought our new HVAC system from them a year or two ago, has been super knowledgeable & easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.
This company was contacted after the heat stopped working...or so I thought. Chad was very prompt in coming out the same day that the company was called. He looked at the unit, which is pretty old and noticed that there was a switch that was off which was causing cold air instead of hot air to blow when the heat was turned on. Chad was very understanding and let me know that if anything happened to the unit then they would be more than happy to come back out and look at the unit. Thank you Chad for being so understanding when it came to looking at the unit and only having to flip one switch!
I contracted with Innovative Mechanical a few months ago to install 3 HVAC units in my home. They were one of several bids I received from multiple companies. Chad was my point of contact and sales person throughout. From day one to the end of our installation, Chad and his expert installers couldn't have been more professional and responsive. Our installation was a complicated one requiring duct work and total replacement of all three HVACs. As I was new to a gas system, I had endless questions for Chad which he gladly and quickly answered at any time. His installer was quick, efficient, friendly and expert at his technical knowledge. At the beginning of our journey together, Chad presented me with multiple system options for my home ranging from economic to better to best. Given that I wanted my home to have a very controlled humidity, Chad convinced me to purchase a variable speed unit, and I was glad I did. The system was a Trane top of the line -- a bit pricier, but well worth it. It is quiet and very efficient; I never feel too cold or too hot and the best way I can describe the experience is that the home just always feels "comfortable". Nothing blows hard on me, and the home feels good. The state of the art digital WIFI thermostat that came with the system works beautifully and is easy to learn. It's WIFI feature works great, and I have adjusted my units while away when there were changes in outside temperature. Even though this was a complicated install, the whole job took about two days; my home was left spotless and Chad was always there for guidance. I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any HVAC work you may need!
I have been using this company for a few years now, because they offer discounts for Cobb County School District teachers. It's kind of pricy, but they do an awesome job with my heating/ac system maintenance. The last person I had, Jason, did an awesome job maintaining our system. The one we had before, Eric, also did an awesome job. Fortunately, I haven't had a major problem with my system since going with this company, so I don't know how well they handle emergencies, but I look at that as a good thing. update:I take it all I tried to turn on my heat this morning, and now both my air and heat will not turn on. How much do you think they will charge me for coming out here and fixing something that they probably messed up. Update to the update: they were actually very responsive, they quickly came out and fixed the problem with no extra charge. Turns out one of the fuses going from the HVAC system to the electrical panel somehow shorted out. But they took care of it, and they took care of me. I now have heating and air, and just in time.
Surprise surprise, AC goes kaput on tail end of summer. Got a rapid response and due to busy period Chad the owner came out himself. He was wonderful and quickly pointed out all the issues and deficiencies. Would use/recommend Innovative Mechanical LLC 110%.
I own 7 properties in the Atlanta area and these guys are the absolute best I have ever worked with. Cassandra is always on top of emergencies and responds and follows through on her promise. The technicians show up on time and the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend using Innovative Mechanical.
On 6/3, Eric came to my residence for a general consultation to make sure that everything was working properly prior to me moving into my new place (first time home owner). He claimed that nothing was wrong and everything was working properly. Additionally, in the invoice of the first visit they did not include details of the first inspection. After a month, I moved in and the AC was not working. Eventually, after a month of tolerating the heat in an effort to save money I gave up and reached back out. On 8/1, Eric came again and discovered that my thermostat was not working. He offered to replace my thermostat along with a service fee of $89. Innovative Mechanical claims that every time a worker takes a trip to look at your issue you are charged $89. I was under the assumption that the charge was for the consultation. They do not advertise this at all explicitly. They were not open to waiving the charge for the second visit claiming that I was outside of the 30 day window (another policy not advertised). I had to pay for two trips because the job was not done properly the first time. This company has nearly 5 stars in their reviews. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service and my experience with them.
5 Stars for sure. Brandon was great. Very professional. He showed up on time and called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within the promised time frame too. He found the problem quickly and it was fixed quickly. Price was reasonable and up front.
Eric, a senior technician with Innovative Mechanical came to check the upper floor AC unit that was not cooling. Eric was thorough in troubleshooting and quickly figured out the issue and repaired it. Outstanding service.
Great service. Bryce was our tech. He was very friendly, on time, and found our problem quickly. He was able to fix it as promised and it did not cost us a fortune. I cannot be happier and we will call again for regular service.
Innovative came out (same day) to repair an AC unit that was not working. Eric was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Very satisfied with the work!
Cassandra responded within minutes and worked with us after hours to schedule someone asap. Bryce showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection, and was able to do the repair on the spot. They restored our AC in less than 8 hours of my original request. Bryce also noted a couple of other items during his inspection, which really helped me. Great team.
Innovative Mechanical has helped me in two separate houses solve two difficult A/C problems. Great service from Jacob. Definitely call these guys if you are having problems - they'll get to the bottom of it.
