Bryan fixed our AC unit on a Saturday after one company came out and told us it would be a 2-4 business days before they could fix it! He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to repair what needed to be repaired.
Nick Scott did an outstanding job for us. He spent a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July working hard to insure our comfort. He was knowledge, informative and professional. He is a credit to his company.
Jaren was professional, straightforward and thorough. I received the company recommendation from a friend. He was able to quickly and accurately fix what two CoolRay technicians could not.

The representative was very professional and knowledgeable. He knows his product and was very good in his explanation of what we need in order to be comfortable in our home. He was responsive to my questions and took the time to explain everything fully. We are waiting for another quote before making a decision since we’re talking about a lot of money and we want to make sure we are getting the best deal we can get because we are on a fixed income and need to save as much as we can but still get two systems that perform well and meet our needs.
Brandon did a great job - on time, straightforward, unobtrusive and quick. Also have to commend the scheduling staff as I added my original appt to the wrong day on my calendar and they were able to reschedule quickly.
The installer's David and Ivey were very professional and polite. Only a 4 star because one item will need to be done later by a technician.
Great experience with the installation from Jean Paul and the Cool Air Mechanical team. All work was performed as stated, the team was friendly and efficient. The new HVAC system is working well and we are extremely satisfied.
This is our second AC/furnace replaced by the company and we are very happy with their work. Both salesman David Scott and technician John Ramos were polite, communicative, diligent and professional. We didn’t feel pressured during the consultation. John and his assistant showed up on time and was able to complete the installation in a day. We recommended them to my son who has to have his AC replaced.
Zack Brannen was the service tech that came by our place to check out the issue with our HVAC system. He was professional, super knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He really spent the time talking us through the details of what he was testing for and the mechanics of what "good" looked like. You could tell he's really passionate about the work he does and has a lot of experience in this field. He also really cares for his customers which is sometimes difficult to find in this industry. Thanks Zack for all the amazing knowledge you shared with us today!
Having your A/C cut out in the peak of summer is never fun, but Cool Air has made it as painless as possible. Keith Kinchen has been fantastic - clearly communicating with us and providing a thorough list of options.
Nick Scott did a great job servicing our Lennox system. He is professional, courteous and was very patient with us. He took time to explain everything and answer all our questions .
Bryn was very professional and kept the consult w/o pressure but, of course, introduced the upgrades, to which we agreed to disagree, with all due respect. Would highly recommend to others how easy and complete the entire process was from the start. Still, we’re waiting for install but we feel assured it will be seamless.
My AC condenser fan stopped working on a Sunday night. Called Cool Air Mechanical Monday morning. They responded immediately. Technician Zack Brannen came and assessed the situation. He found the parts needed to fix my AC. Had AC back on within an hour of him getting the parts. KUDOS TO COOL AIR MECHANICAL 😎 👍

I have used Cool Air for many years. They have replaced whole HVAC units, furnaces, and air conditioners in my homes over the year. We also have their maintenance program where they come out to maintain the equipment twice a year. Anytime I need them in between, they are always able to get me in the schedule to address my issue. Highly recommend.

Had trouble with Hvac. Had two techs come up and couldn't resolve problem. Paid over $1000 to try and get AC upstairs working . Cool air technician come and resolved problem in 5 minutes. Now getting cold air. Highly recommend.
We were very happy with our appointment today with Jaren. He noticed that the repair we thought we needed might not be necessary. He tested his theory and was able to conduct a repair that was more cost effective. I appreciate his help, attention to detail, and honestly in providing us only with the work needed to have our AC running properly.
Julian came out within hours of our request within a heat wave. He communicated with every step and was transparent about the process. We would recommend him to anyone.
