Nicholas did a great job. We had a problem with a toilet not flushing properly. He listened to our situation, thoroughly investigated the plumbing, and gave us several solutions to the problem, so we could consider our budget. I appreciate his help.
Very Very expensive. 1500$ to hook up a water heater, I had already paid for the water heater and the $1500 was to hook up water and electric. I feel taken advantage of. I'll never use them again.
The plumbing technician, Nick was very courteous and professional. He was on time, answered all my questions. He completed the replacing a leaking hot water heater within just a few hours. Upon inspection of the install it was done to very professionally to code.
Johnathan was here earlier than expected and got right to work! It was done quickly and professionally. I can’t speak to the value as an item, but as a need in the household it is invaluable!

I had a hot water heater installed and they did a great job. It was a more involved installation than I expected, but he explained each item that was required to bring my system up to current Code and answered all questions so there was no problem. On time, very professional and experienced - a great combo!

Made the call the previous day and had Nicholas show up the next day to fix a flange level issue that someone pointed out after a house project. Nick talked to me of what the issue was and ran me through some options in the fix and he did a complete inspection. Fixed everything. Would use again.
John was very descriptive in explaining the problem and gave us options to fix it. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. He fixed multiple plumbing issues with excellence.
Hired loads to come out and install a new hot water heater. The young gentleman that came out was extremely professional very good at what he does, and would not let me do any of the clean up. Kudos to Lowe’s for hiring such a great guy’s.
John clearly knew a lot about plumbing and water heater installation than the other two junior level plumbers I got estimates from. He completed the job professionally and within four hours. The office confirmed by email, phone and text…amazing follow up when most don’t anymore.

John was very professional and thorough. He explained my options and even did things unnecessary like cleaning the water out of my garage. The installation was difficult but he did a perfect job! I highly recommend him for a quality job!

The work was appropriate but I will not use this business again. They are expensive beyond belief. $175 to change an outside water faucet head. Consumed approximately 20 minutes. I would not recommend this business to any of my neighbors.
