Tech was awesome but was charged $210 for them to come out and clean the coils. A bit of predatory pricing going on.

We had an excellent experience with our tech. Great communication, explained every step and details, cordial and respectful.
I understand a service charge, but a $135 to come to my house and not have a capacitor to fix my unit. And you tell me that there is nothing that they can do for me for 2 days is unacceptable. Going to charge 365.00 For the capacitor that's $20 on Amazon. Not to mention, my unit is under warranty. Technician tells me that $365 is the warranty price.
Our ac went out over the weekend while we were out of town. First thing Monday morning, the service technician was there. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He had our unit repaired and cold air blowing within an hour!!! Thank you Mark and Brandon for taking care of us!!

The people were very friendly and nice. Although it would have been nice to ask the customer what kind of Freon they had. They don’t carry the kind I have so it was a waste of time. And I still had to pay $85. For nothing. They should ask first before taking the booking and peoples money

The guys were great, my memory isn't so I can't remember their names (they did tell me). Professional, polite, and proficient.They came in and went to work, cleaned up afterwards, then loaded their equipment and off they went! The whole process took about an hour! My entire experience with Air Force One Heating and Air from my initial phone call to paying the invoice was a pleasure. I called my friend, Susan Benitez, to get a recommendation and asked who she used. They did not disappoint! Thank you guys!

We hired them three times this year for our rental in Decatur, November was the last time they service the unit and now our unit won’t function. Bad communication with costumers. The serviceman scared the hell out of our tenant. They act like sales men. Don’t use them. They destroy everything they touch.
They were very responsive and successfully completed the repair with a dedicated team.
The young man name Christopher was very professional he worked on it 5are 6 hours he made my system was working properly before he left and answered all all of my questions you should have more technicians like Christopher 👍 👌 😉 10 thumbs up for this young man.
