Everyone I met from the company was professional and good natured. I appreciated the quality work, speedy timeline from booking to install and the the fact that it was completed in one day.
Ali and his team were professional and courteous. They came by to check our AC (not cooling during this peak summer) within an hour after I called them. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, helped to take pictures to file with home warranty company for reimbursement. Once my home warranty company approved the diagnosis, I called Ali again and he came in less than an hour and fixed it. All of this in one day. I totally recommend ACE Tech.
Ali has been servicing our AC units for a few years. He has also installed our upstairs AC. He is very knowledgeable, timely and his fees are very reasonable. We highly recommend him for all Heating and AC issues.

Our heat went out on us Christmas Eve night and temperatures were in the teens. I called and someone came out at 9am Christmas Day. They quickly solved the problem and charged a laughably reasonable price. It was our family’s little Christmas miracle ;-)
Merry Christmas My HVAC went out very early this morning. it was in the 50s inside my house. I called all of the large companies in Atlanta and most of them didn't have anyone answering or covering the phones. some of the smaller companies at least had someone answer, but they they were booked solid for emergencies until tomorrow. Earlier I posted and asked if anybody had any emergency recommendations for a good HVAC technician to help diagnose and repair my furnace today. A neighbor recommended a company called ACE TECH and today on Christmas Day, I called and a gentleman named Ali was at my house in 30 minutes. He fixed the furnace in about five minutes. My heat is back on now!! Christmas dinner is back on with family coming over! The charge was $50.00 of course I gave him more because it was Christmas and that's just exceptional service. He also discovered a large carbon monoxide leak in the older duct work that he will fix this week. highly recommend Ali -
AceTech arrived within 20 minutes of the call. They put on overboots before entering. They asked a couple of questions about the issue. The technician worked for about 20 minutes. He then came down and explained the root cause of the failure and what he did to correct it. The system has been working correctly since the work. All this on a very cold Christmas Eve. Great job!
