I have used this company for over a decade, both for commercial and residential purposes. They are always one phone call away! Very courteous, hard working, and always reasonable and resourceful! Most recently, they responded to my emergency weekend call promptly and got the cooling system back and running! I couldn't be more grateful!

December 2022 post new American Standard furnace installation update: Discovered that my attic stairs will not close anymore. It appears during the installation damage to the brackets that fold to allow closing of the door were damaged. It had to have been quite forceful damage because the brackets are not fixable by hand and screw that holds the top brace is ready to fall off. Both springs now improperly aligned. Photos posted of damage to steps. If I had been told that the attic steps was damaged, I would have felt better with the honesty. Now, I'm less trusting because I wonder if my new furnace was damaged too. December follow-up: Emailed A-Team Services about the damage to the attic stairs/ladder and let them know the photos are posted here. Reply on December 28, 2022 was "We will speak to our technician and get back to you tomorrow. However, it is very common for this to happen to stairs just from opening and closing them." Really?! Common for attic ladders to be damaged like this just from opening and closing them? I will contact the major attic ladder manufactures/distributors to verify, because I don't believe that claim based on past service problems: 1 - Despite different techs for years pointing out TXV defect and a class action lawsuit about faulty TXV defect, Rodney said the problem was a leak and used Stop Leak but the next year, the same problem occurred. After close to $700 charge for the Stop Leak "fix", Andre advocated for me that the TXV was defective and when it was replaced, the problem stopped. 2 - No T-connection for the condensate drain pipe when my new furnace was installed in October leaving me no way to pour vinegar to keep the drain free of slug. Marcio returned to install one. 3 - This damage to my attic stairs/ladder being called "common from opening/closing" is incredible. Another poster (believe it was Rodney's neighbor) of a low review, saying problems are "normal" or "common" to dismiss them is unacceptable. I wi

We used A-Team for our upstairs and downstairs heating & air replacement and were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. So when we needed our hot water heater replaced a few years ago, we used A-Team for that as well. Had an issue which we called them about this morning and by mid-afternoon our hot water heater was back in service. They have never kept us waiting for days when we have had an issue and, usually, the repair is done within 24 hours of calling. The owner, Rodney is knowledge and always willing to answer any questions. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Incredible customer service and very knowledgeable techs!! Been with these guys for 4 years and never been disappointed. Even the owners will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. If anything goes wrong - they will seriously go out of their way (even on the weekend!) to make sure things are right. Thank you A-Team!!!

Had both our HVAC units replaced in September. Have had nothing but problems since. The downstairs AC stopped working after 2 weeks and we had to have technicians come out multiple times. Hopefully issued is resolved but of course it then turned cold so have not had the opportunity to test the unit. The furnaces installated were a total disaster. Both units were improperly fitted for natural gas vs the propane our home uses causing what could have been a very dangerous situation. We had exhaust fumes both inside and outside of the home setting off our carbon monoxied detector. Several techs were to the home before the problem was properly diagnosed. Both furnaces needed to again be replaced leaving us without heat over the coldest weekend of the year. The owner told us we could still safely use the units even though his own technician told us not to. We then consulted with our gas provider as well as another HVAC technician and they confirmed that we should not use the improperly fitted units as it would present a fire hazard. The furnaces were finely replaced and appear to be working properly but I would not, in good faith, recommend this company to any of my friends or family after our experience. While it is true that we are repeat customers, our experience this go round was much different from several years ago. The fact that it took multiple visits with repeated concerns being raised to have the issue properly diagnosed is very upsetting as there was more than just being cold at risk. Our initial complaint after our carbon monoxide detector went off (costing us an out of pocket expense to have the gas company come check our home) was dismissed as "normal" for the first time the heat comes on. Also, my husband and I were out of town when the home was without heat, but we specifically mentioned that our son would, in fact, be in the home. Temperatures in Cartersville were predicted to be in the 20's and fell well below freezing (28 and 24) 2 night

The A-Team's owner Rodney makes sure he gets you the best equipment and best price, plus he charges a low annual maintenance fee. He stands behind his team's outstanding work and will make sure you're totally satisfied. For the top AC/Heat company in Marietta and the surrounding area, call the A-Team. They show up on time and quickly complete the work at reasonable rates. Heber Pampillon was the tech, who inspected my heating system today. He couldn't have been better his work, friendlier or more helpful. 5 stars aren't enough for Heber--he's a 10-star man. I'll be asking for him from now on.

Great company. Always call back. Always willing to come late or on Sarurday if necessary. Helped with insurance claim. Even lent us a portable room a/c when our central unit crapped out and they had to order a part. Used them for years, and will for years to come.

Do not use this business! They have backed out on every obligation they have with myself and my brother. They even started a fire at my house due to poor wiring. They will not do the maintenance visits under the terms of their own contract and refuse to refund your money after they refuse to do the maintenance. They are full of excuses. Hopefully they will reply to this and you will see their excuses for yourselves. Stay away!
