Best HVAC guy I’ve ever dealt with 100%
On 05/09/2023, we used this company for warranty work on a 2 year old A/C system. Jeremy was prompt and polite. He quickly resolved our issue and we were back cool in no time. Once we told him the issue, he knew almost immediately where to go and had the part on hand. I can’t speak on the price for the work as we just pay the service call fee established through our warranty, but will will definitely continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs! We highly recommend this company for great service!

I received a quote from another vendor to repair my 4-ton Ruud air conditioning system. It was only 7 years old, but they told me I was out of warranty. Their price seemed a little high and they told me that it could be as long as 2 weeks before we were running again. Jeremy with Modern came highly recommended, so I gave him a call. His initial quote was a third less than the other company, until he did a little research and found that the fan motor that needed replacing was under a 10-year warranty, so his price ended up being 1/3 of the other company (the ones who told me that I had no warranty from the manufacturer...). Very glad to have met Jeremy and I will definitely be using him again!
Jeremy Elliott came to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon when our AC stopped working and again on a Thursday evening. He found the problem ordered the part and came back out on a Wednesday evening and fixed our problem. He was very professional and trustworthy. We definitely recommend Modern mechanical. The technician was very knowledgeable of the HVAC System. Came in troubleshot my ac unit, knew what the problem was right away. Replaced certain parts and my ac was back up and running .
