Mr Lowe was "great" very friendly and very professional. He did a great job of pinpointing our AC issue. I will definitely be using One Hour Heating and air again in the future.

Jack was a fantastic tech and I'm super glad that he was able to come out same day after our ac stopped working properly. He was able to come sooner than originally scheduled, very personable, and able to explain and diagnose issue quickly. It was something I had not thought of given the symptoms at the time. We hopefully will not need them again in the immediate future but happily will use them again.
Justin was very knowledgeable, he checked all areas and confirmed everything was working properly. He was able to locate the issue.

Has always done great work! Came back this time for repairs, but found out it was electrical with a breaker. At least we know now and did everything he could and talking with others.
Jeremy was on time, courteous and professional. He quickly took care of our AC problem. In a short period of time, he removed the excess drain water from the system, and changed the filter and cleaned our AC system. Thank you for a job well done.
