I use these guys for my own home and as a vendor for work. The owners, office staff, and technicians are all very professional and knowledgeable! Jobs get done in a timely manner and are price efficient! I only recommend this company to my friends, family, and also to all of my customers!

We had M&W install our new HVAC system in October. At the time, we explained that it was hotter in the stairs than any part of the house. They stated they would add another return. However, when they put the system in, they said that there were several registers that were not connected to the vents, that they reconnected them, and that should fix the problem. It did not. I have been calling them for two weeks now because it is scorching hot in the stairwell, and no one will return my call. If I had to do it over again, I would go with a larger company who has the resources to honor their warranty and service maintenance.
Prompt and reliable service
This is a company I trust 100 percent. They helped make my old systems last as long and was practical - I’ve now purchased 3 complete HVAC systems (Bryant and Carrier) - technicians are very good, real helpful setting up wireless thermostats to add the finishing touch to the install - very fast service calls too. Zero complaints would recommend!
I called M&W and they responded with 11/2 hrs. They came checked out the system went got parts returned and repaired the unit in a very timely manner and a fair price. The guys were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them from now on. Thanks guys
I will pick up my child from school this afternoon! When I got off the car, a person from their company who came to work next to me told me fiercely that there was a water pipe on the ground! And I just drove past his water pipe! He said that if the water pipe is broken, I will pay for it! I am really angry! First: I parked my car within the scope of my place, but was treated so rudely! And my child is there too! Second: If he does not want a car to pass over there, he should place a warning sign! Third: I said sorry after he told me this! I didn't see the water pipe on the ground! He answered me fiercely: Are your eyes blind? He kept saying that I will pay if it breaks! Finally: I called their company and told about this! The other party also heard this person's rude tone and some swear words! I have always used their services! But I am sure that from today onwards, not only will I not use their services again! I would also advise people around me like this! I thought about it all day and couldn’t understand, I don’t know why I was treated like this? I just did what I do every day! Pick up the kids from school and park the car in the same place every day!

Very bad experience while building our new house in 2014. They didn’t tape the ducts well and left them with sags and bends that restricted air flow. They put one average size return in the main floor and had way too much ducting Running like spaghetti. We had it repaired and corrected but not by them. There was some disagreement while system being installed and they threatened to remove the unit because they got the idea we weren’t going to pay them which was never said by us. I write this now after six years because we are building a new house and our New contractor hired a very responsive and dedicated company and we now realize how things should be handled by a professional contractor. Day and night difference!
We have always use M & W Heating and Air with their excellent customer service. They replaced our out dated old system with an high energy efficient Bryant Evolution heat pump. We called M&W on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend when our AC went out. Bubba was on call and we were sure excited to hear that he would be out to come fix our AC right away. He arrived on time, he fixed everything and explained the process. The price was affordable and was a pleasant experience all around.
