Customer service is back! Had an upstairs AC unit break at the start of the June 2023 heatwave. The job was assigned to AAction Air by my home warranty company and boy did they come through. Katie and Courtney kept me (the landlord) and my new tenant informed throughout the estimating, scheduling and repair process to get us up and running again about as fast as it could possibly be done. I would happy use this company again just for their price, professionalism and responsiveness, but the outstanding customer service is what really makes them stand out in my mind. We need a lot more Katie and Courtney's out there these days.
They found the issue and solve as soon as they could.

I had a great experience with the team at AAction. They came out the same day to diagnose my air conditioning issue. With Summer starting a few days away I thought it would significantly expensive but their rates are comparable and easy to understand. Willie and Courtney offered excellent service and treated our home and time with care. If you are looking for a long-term service provider or a one-time fix (crosses fingers) this is the place! No matter, this company is a great choice.
If you look on other review site you will see they are no more that a 3 star company. Used them to fix my ac they came out 4 times and never fixed the problem. First time they added coolant. Came out again and said the condenser unit motor needed to be replaced. Finally they came to me with a quote of over $1000 to get it fixed. Obviously after having them over so many times I decided to get a second opinion. They fixed the problem for $200. It's was low on coolant. So did they actually put coolant in the first time? Because my ac is working fine 2 years later. Response to company reply: basically your response was to call me a liar. The fact of the matter is as you've admitted to coming out multiple times without fixing the problem. Somebody else came once and there have been no problems. I highly suggest looking into this company before you hire them. Every other review site I've found them on has been around 3 stars.
The whole team is so helpful and they really care for their clients. They even were so nice to schedule appt out of the service hours. I’m so glad We made a right choice choosing service with you guys.
Willie, a technician, for this company came by to service my A/C today. He was in and out with a job well done. In a courteous l, and quick manner he was very professional. (Dude probably needs a raise because you cannot buy workers like this anymore)
Willie came to the rescue!! Very professional and quick to do his job!!! My 11 yr old got to watch him and he explained everything to him! We are back in business! When calling the lady on the line, she was very sweet as well and knowledgeable about her company...explained fees as well!
I received great service from AAction Air from scheduling to service completion. Willie arrived within the scheduled timeframe, performed diagnostics, explained the issue, and completed the repair. He patiently answered questions and was very professional. I have used Aaction a few times in the past, and am always pleased with their service.
We required a 2nd opinion based on a maintenance visit and Quentin came out to check our systems for us. Not only did he call twice and update us on his ETA, but he was extremely professional and did all the neccessary checks required to ensure our system was safe and operable. It is nice to know that there are still good people out there looking out for the customer while still providing great customer service and being professional at the same time. Not only was Quentin great, but Courtney at the office provided us with some great information and again was extremely professional and courteous at the same time. Kudos to AAction AC and Heating for a job well done!!

It was time to service our a/c heat for the year . And because they are within a mile we hired them . Needless to say I was prepped for how to prepare before Willie ( manager ) arrived . 1) turn on your thermostat 2) make sure filter cleaned etc. Let’s just say I paid them to brake my thermostat and try to charge me for a new one . I wondered why as Willie stated it needs to be updated . Later on finding out that when he tried tried to put the face back on he broke it . All he stated was I’m sorry after he was caught . We now understand as we are having to replace out thermostat…Thanks AAction Air So I would get second opinion and not make them my first option .
Quinton was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The weather was not cooperating the day of service and yet he still performed the necessary work. He even came back and completed the assignment that he was unable to do on the inclement weather day. I will recommend AAction Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone who needs a dependable HVAC company.
I was very pleased with the service, and the communication. The technician (Quenton) was very knowledgeable on what was going on with the AC system.
This week Aaction Air came out to repair my home AC, in the Atlanta area, because it was not working. The Tech (Barbossa) was Excellent! He was very Professional, explained everything before and while completing the services. He was very knowledgeable of the situation and what was the problem and what needed to be done to correct the issue. He did not have the part to fully complete my services, (my air did work great, before he left, though) but a part was needed. They came back the next Day (Daniel) was also great and very Professional, keep me updated and did an excellent job also. My air is working perfectly! And just in time for these HOT Summer Days ahead. Great Service would definitely recommend to family and friends.
🌟WRONG DIAGNOSIS by AACTION... CUSTOMER BEWARE🌟... On Tuesday, 5/3/22, I placed a Service Request with my Home Warranty Company, AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS) for AC Unit not cooling. AHS referred AACTION AIR Conditioning & Heating Co. The first person I spoke with was John at AACTION who said Cortney scheduled me for Thursday, 5/5/22 between 8am - 12pm. John inquired about my ac unit to narrow down possible issues. Answering his questions, I told him it's a new unit just under 2 years old (new construction), still under warranty. I also told him I am a Home Warranty (AHS) customer. I shared that I checked 2-3 reviews about AACTION, he suggested there are some bad reviews from Home Warranty customers and explained his version of why; however, we confirmed the appointment & ended the call. On Thursday, 5/5/22, AACTION came and accessed my AC Unit saying the AC Breaker continued to trip when he tried switching it on. He said that points to a BAD COMPRESSOR. I asked questions regarding how it was determined that a new compressor goes bad but I didn't get a clear answer. I was told to call the office and speak to Cortney on Monday, 5/9/22 at 9am to get a timeline on warranty, repair & cost. On Monday, 5/9/22 around 9am, I called Cortney for a status update. She said they're having internal transaction concerns on which office should process the warranty, Atlanta or Savannah office??? She further asked for a credit card to place on file for $900+ to cover 11 pounds of refrigerant. I couldn't get clear answers on any timeline; therefore, I did not give her my credit card info. When I suggested that she hold off until I call her back she insisted and urged me not to call anyone else regarding the unit because of "ALL" the cost I would have to pay for my unit, etc. I ended the call, suggesting again "I'll call you back later"... I immediately called my AC Warranty/Certified Installer for my AC Unit and told them about the AC issues/concerns per AACTION diagnosis. They sugges

AAction Air responded to an AHS recall after poor experiences with two previous AHS contractors. What a difference! Prompt, professional and thorough--without having to wait for days, or even weeks, for an update. Third time was definintely a charm!
Eddie was an amazing professional, he was very good at walking me though the process. 3 stars due to the work not being completed correctly the 1st time the new AC unit was installed. in there defense it was a big job.
