Mission Critical is an outstanding, veteran-owned business. I am pleased with the two Daikin units they installed at my home in 2022. Before that, Mission Critical did maintenance on my old units. I've always had a good experience with Mission Critical. As an aside, I've noticed that they hire veterans and provide quality training and experience for retired or separated service members. If I worked in HVAC or wanted to work in HVAC after military service, I could find no better company in the local area to learn and grow with than Mission Critical. Bottom line: your HVAC system is mission essential. When it needs servicing, go with the pros who served, and call Mission Critical.

Fantastic company! Mission Critical knocked it out of the park. From professionalism, to knowledge, to service, to quality products, they have it all. Super shout out to Ken, Chris, 'Z' and Willie. I unexpectantly had to have an entire unit put in. I called on Friday, Ken had Chris meet with me on Saturday, had an entire system and handler installed on Monday and had extremely cool air by that same afternoon. I will continue to use them for my preventative maintenance bi-annually until forever! Mission Critical will not try to oversell any products they have. Ken and Chris were excellent at explaining the various options both with my old Trane unit and my new Daikin unit (think Toyota of HVAC). Never felt pressured at all. The bonus is the owners are former military. We are in a military community. What better way to support our military men and women than by using MCCS for all of your HVAC needs. I'd highly recommend that at the very least you switch over to them for your HVAC maintenance and if you are in the need of a new unit please get an additional quote from them. They have an HVAC unit for all budgets. I do not often post reviews for anything. It takes an extraordinary product or company for me to attach my name and word too. MCCS, you have my full support. Keep up the great work!

Buy with confidence from people who care! Chris showed up early in the morning and troubleshot my problem and showed me step-by-step. Honestly, there’s not one thing I could say they could’ve done better. The installers showed and these guys worked all day nonstop in the rain. Very professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. Every time I have an AC issue, I call Mission Critical, and they deliver! This time, some rodents got into my crawl space and tore up some of my ducts... I called Mission Critical, and the next day Chris was at my house doing an estimate, and the next day Zelma was at my house repairing/replacing the damaged ducts! In hindsight... perhaps they delivered too fast... because I couldn't get the exterminator in until a few days later... Here's hoping the rodents stayed out!

The first visit did not resolve the problem of the leaking vent caused “maybe” by condensation due to the humidity and the precipitation my area has been experiencing. The guy spent an hour seeking a cause or maybe a solution to the problem by infusing the unit with freon and air blowing the PVC with no avail…mission not accomplished. Two days later a second expert arrived to solve the situation and he did nothing but troubleshoot to no avail; he didn’t’ bother to lift a tool. Fifty dollars for that visit, and one-hundred and fifty dollars for the first initial diagnosis. A waste of time and expenditures. Be cautious, “critical mass” is a money pit. I really do not think they know their area of knowledge or they just have low energy into actively researching the origin of the cause of the problem… retrain.
