Called them said a technician would get back with me never happened. Sad thing is I have a monthly contract for maintenance on my unit.

Got a new furnace last June when it wasn't working right they came right out
Very disappointed our air went out I called essential air for assistance said the unit need to be replaced okay we replaced. It paid $6800 got the unit the technicians were late and made a mess In our driveway , they said they could not show us how to work the thermostat said someone else would come they never came. Terrible service for not use them !!!!?

My moms house was freezing! I made a call to Essential Heating and Air and they came out the next day and fixed a problem her landlord told her would take a few weeks the same day! Prompt service, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
My FURNACE Went Out &....It's COLD!!!!! HVAC911 LOOK NO FURTHER........!!! Thank God!!! Essential Heating and Air has once again saved the day no, The Season. Essential Heating and Air also fixed AC unit during the smoldering summer months. Their personnel is professional and courteous, starting from the salesperson to the servicemen. Once you have had Essential Heating and Air, you will never use any other company! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, provide great workmanship, and are reasonably priced. My furnace just went Out and AC stop working this past summer and Essential Heating and Air repaired it. The fellow that came and did the work was the top of the line; he was conscientious and did a very good job. We will never use another heating and air conditioning company. (We're spoiled!)
