If you need AC repair service this company is the best and most honest. Boris came to our house immediately and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. Very Proffessional. Highly highly recommend him for any repair services on Hvac.

I have been using and recommending ASAP HVAC for 25 years now. Boris is always responsive, timely, and affordable. He always shows up when he says and always does a great job. From installations to figuring out the siding man punctured the coolant line... he makes it work! I can't recommend him enough!!!

Had my furnace go out on a Sunday and they were able to come within 30 min to check it out. Found out it needed a special part cause its an old unit and 2 days later it came in and was repaired quickly. Super friendly and knowledgable. Will use again.
Mick from ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning did it again solved my problem came to my house a short time later after I called. Told him that my heater stopped working in the middle of the night he diagnosed the problem and had it working right away, he is really a professional and honest. So I really recommend his expertise 👌
Pretty horrible service and they rip you off. Over $1k to replace a blower motor and wheel; worst yet, they refused to even credit the $89 service fee. Edit: The fact that the owner replied to put "shame on [me]" and not make it right goes to show the quality of service you can expect.
ASAP Heating and Air lived up to their name. I called at 9:09am and Mick was leaving my house at 10:40am, already finished! He was friendly, knowledgeable (showed me a few things during the repair) and quick. Highly recommend using ASAP Heating and Air - and ask for Mick!
They make Jimmy Johns freaky fast service seem slow. Someone come out to do an estimate the same day I called. When I accepted the bid, the crew had my furnace replaced in two days. Fast, professional, and friendly.
We had recently moved to a home in the area when our sure conditioning started making a loud knocking sound every time we returned it on. We were in the middle of July summer in Atlanta and very concerned about the heat. Mick from ASAP came over in a pinch and quickly diagnosed the issue. What I liked about Mick was his clear communication about his approach and what to expect from a timeline and cost of service. He delivered exactly as he said he would with no unnecessary work of costs. I would highly recommend ASAP to anyone looking for reliable and super responsive AC and heating services.
I called them with a problem for my Lennox HVAC unit. Very prompt response and even though they couldn't fix it, they were honest about it and didn't charge me anything. Very professional service. Highly recommended.
Amazing service. I had them install a new HVAC unit on my property two years ago. They gave me a great price and did a professional job. Last night my air conditioner stopped working. I called them at eight in the morning, they were at my house by 9 AM. They had repaired the air conditioner within 15 minutes. Everything was under warranty. Very professional. Amazing service Would highly recommend. Would stay away from large HVAC companies and stick with this guy. Very knowledgeable he knows what he’s doing.
Boris has been great to work with. We've had an AC unit he installed 18 years ago that worked great for us, but finally had to be replaced. He installed newest unit very quickly and affordably and has always been honest and available when needed. I recommend him to anyone I can.
My AC went out in the middle of the night on a Friday. I called ASAP Saturday morning and spoke to Mick. He gave me a 2 hour time window to come out Saturday morning and texted me when he was on his way. Mick was friendly and identified the issue right away and replaced the part. My AC was fixed ASAP and I am very happy with their service they provided. Thank you!
Incredibly professional and responsive service! Boris and Mick were able to perform my inspection and take care of my part replacement the same day. Reasonable rates considering the time of year and speed of service offered as compared to other competitors I have spoken to about the same issue.
Our HVAC stopped working late on a Sunday afternoon. We called a couple of companies that were recommended by neighbors and couldn’t get through to anyone. I did a quick google search of HVAC companies in our area and ASAP had the best reviews. I called and left a message and received a call back within 5 mins and Mic was out to our house within an hour. Mic was extremely friendly, helpful and informative and had us back up and running in no time. We are so appreciative of the level of service we received and are so glad we don’t have to sleep in 80+ degree temps overnight. We will be calling ASAP for all of our future HVAC needs. Wonderful experience. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Following morning we called and they squeezed us in. They were out at our house within 2 hours of calling and fixed our AC in 30 minutes! Highly recommend and will for sure use them again!
